🏃‍♂️ Want to run faster? Your answer might be in the weight room.

Speed isn’t just about turning your legs over faster.
It’s also about how much force you can produce and how effectively you use it.

Strength training can help improve:
- Force production.
- Running economy.
- Sprint and hill-running capacity.
- Your ability to finish strong.

You don’t need to become a powerlifter to become a stronger runner.

You need a smart program that complements your miles.

**Train smarter. Run stronger.**

On Sundays we run. Had a wonderful time with @fleetfeetchico and Hoka demoing some new trail shoes! A little out and back and river crossing to get the fall started!

A day late post but it was Carhartt’s 9th birthday yesterday. She of course got new bones and big treats.

Love this little piggie so much!
