BURIED FEELINGS TOUR 🗺️

Earlier this year @savethekitrosewater had mentioned she was looking for a few adventures to embark on the Buried Feelings arc tour, and so of course @abigael_reid and I had to partake!

I wanted to share my journal entry (no spoilers!) and I am so happy I got to be a part of this project!

Buried Feelings is a queer YA romcom about two estranged best friends forced back together by a high-stakes treasure hunt in San Francisco.

This book is out and you can grab a copy now 💛

💌From Milwaukee With Love💌

A little over a week ago I took myself on a mini vacation to Milwaukee for the second annual “From Milwaukee With Love” event and “Meet Me on North Romance Book Crawl” sponsored by @thewellreddamsel and @mkebooksbeers!

On Friday I went to two author panels. The first was on starting the writing process and the second was on representation in romance. They were both great and I’m glad I came up early so I could attend! I had a wonderful lunch and great conversation with friends I made at the even last year (@_rhgallery_ and @authordallassmith). And I got to meet up with one of my besties, Michele (@opeanotherbook) for drinks and food along the river!
Saturday was Book Crawl day! We lined up early and made some friends while waiting which helped pass the time (while we attempted to avoid all the yellowjackets lol). Michele and I got to do most of the crawl in the morning and then volunteered for the second half. The crawl was so much fun and I loved being part of it again! Then more drinks and dinner at the Tiki bar!

Sunday was drag brunch and book bingo. The queens were FABULOUS!! And we made friends with two women who met through books just like us! Then I went to @thirstbooks and added to my book haul before heading home and had a fun conversation with the owner to well past closing time!

If you are ever in the area you need to go check out Well Red and Thirst. They are both owned by amazing humans, are adorable AF, and have tons of queer books!

It was a truly phenomenal weekend that filled my heart to overflowing!
