Two bachelorette weekends in Arizona bringing together my absolute favorite people ♥️ from desert wanderings among the saguaros to Aspen-framed sunsets on Mount Lemmon, from Tucson Art Museum to Form Festival at Arcosanti, pool parties, spa days, unintentional mud baths, canyon-flower kaleidoscopes, burnished bells, maria merch, haku lei, an altar of witchy gifts, an unbelievably thoughtful initiation ceremony, and a rain-streaked dance party under the vaults— these are the memories I will never forget. I couldn’t feel more loved. My cup overfloweth… ♥️ thank you.

I supported the Executive Creative Director, @bigbignews at experiential agency @newmoon with graphic design for Match Day Live at Brookfield Place in NYC. Patrons could watch live World Cup matches in The Winter Garden, ‘Work From Bar’ with a Stella Artois, kick back with cocktails at The Garden Bar, enjoy free programming, play soccer themed arcade games with the whole family, sign up for pickup soccer matches and youth clinics. Ahead of the program launch and throughout, we worked closely and quickly on a wide array of designs and formats including key art, custom arcade wrap formatting, match schedules, social content, digital signs, promo materials for the activations, cocktail menus and onsite signage.

I’m incredibly proud of this work and it was awesome to create alongside the World Cup. This project required a close attention to every detail, strong composition, balancing multiple tasks and meeting tight deadlines. Swipe to see select designs we created along with event photos, courtesy of New Moon.

@beaconqualityeats commissioned me to create some fun and eye-catching graphics for their cafe and sidewalk boards on Beacon’s Main Street. Inspired by the cafe’s NYC bodega photos, I whipped up bright designs in their classic primary color palette. Shapes and styles came from typical deli labels, diner fonts and price stickers. I designed A-frame signs for display out front, labels for refrigerated goods, and posters for various specials. More in the works to highlight BQE’s tasty brunch offerings! 😋🥪🥔🍪🍻

I recently popped in an old hard drive to track down a music packaging print file a client requested from 15 years ago... and I still had it! While I was in there, I took a little trip down memory lane and decided to format my own @logoarchive posts.

Throughout my 20 years(!) in the professional graphic design world, I’ve had the pleasure of working on branding for a massive variety of companies, clients, artists, small businesses and nonprofit organizations. I decided to make two separate #logoarchive sheets, one featuring more graphic icon based designs and one featuring wordmarks, hand lettering & title designs. There’s some crossover and though Funk Valley Stained Glass was hand lettered, I like how it looks on the icon sheet. A few of these were concepts that never even saw the light of day beyond being presented to the clients. Some were retired after name changes or company evolutions, while some are recent and in use today. Enjoy!

Nothing, Nostalgia, 200 Cigarettes, and a @glasslands Lastlands Tale

Feelin’ nostalgic for my millennial optimism era and still obsessed with the 1999 MTV film 200 Cigarettes. Wrote a lil Substack piece about the time I fell asleep at the function...

RIP to MTV, Glasslands, Williamsburg as we knew it & my youth 🙃

"I used to rock and roll all night and party every day. Then it was every other day... now I'm lucky to find half an hour a week in which to get funky. I've got to get out of this rut and back into the groove." - Homer Simpson, 1996

The month surrounding my 36th birthday has been one I’ll never forget.

It started with a visit from my childhood bestie before my last (ever!?) week of classes and assignments, my cohort and I giving final presentations and graduating with our MFAs in the presence of family, topped off with a beautiful early bday beach picnic potluck… all more than enough to make this month the best ever 🎉

Then it was my birthday, spent in yurt in Nevada city, near flowing rivers, friend reunions, a celebration of love ❤️ straight to Philadelphia to see dear friends and their babies 👶 up to New York for 5 days of chasing my old flame of a city with the sweetest company 🌃 then off to Olympic National Park with my love @marshalllowry 🌲

Somewhere in there I also started full time at my job as the Creative Operations Lead at @bumbershoot and @cannonballarts where I’ve been working part time for the past year… I also committed to weekly therapy this month! Seems silly to tag that on but also mental health FTW 🧠

Golly, it’s been a whirlwind! 🌪️ grateful. to say the least. still taking it all in.

No airplane travel for the rest of the summer and excited to slow down & take in the wonderland all around me 🌅 someone send me some zzz’s 😂💫
