FLEXIBILITY ≠ MOBILITY. And yes, there’s a difference. 👀 You can be flexible and still struggle to move with control. ✨ Flexibility is how far your muscles can stretch. ✨ Mobility is how well you can actively move your joints through their range of motion, with strength, stability, and control. Because what’s the point of having the range if you can’t control the movement? 😉 Watch as our instructor Light breaks down the difference and shows you why BOTH matter. At COREHAUS Lagos, we don’t just stretch bodies. We build stronger, more mobile, more resilient ones. Move better. Feel stronger. Live better. 📍 COREHAUS Lagos | Black Diamond Hotel, Victoria Island 🔗 Book your next session: www.corehausng.com #COREHAUSLagos #MobilityMatters #FlexibilityVsMobility #ReformerPilates #pilateslagos
