i really love what i do... i think im really good at it, AND i also know theres more unfolding that needs to be done and that im nowhere near where i want to be, in and out of that room. movement is my vocation but more than that, it’s not something i try to be….I just am. so when you’re leaving these reviews and speaking to how you actually feel in the room y’all have nooo idea how much it truly means. Shoutout to the podium princesses @natalierosemvmnt and @samueln_ng who make this x100 better!!!

thank you for those who took the time to write these 🤎

what this world needs is more leaders with substance… not more people confusing visibility with impact👏🏽

A weekend in Mexico with 40+ coaches from around the world.300+ riders who share a love for the bike. 25 of my riders and friends who flew in from the US. And we all got to experience @ridetheworld together.

For so long most of us have only known each other through screens and then all it took was one person crazy enough to believe this could exist…and suddenly we were breathing the same air.

What you see in a 2 minute recap is a fraction of what it felt like to lead, to ride, to be part of something global yet deeply human. Grateful for every coach I was able to learn from. Every rider who shared their energy with us and every friend who said yes to getting on a plane.
This is what happens when someone decides to gather the world.

Story time ✨ 3 years ago @checogarces I connected on Instagram through our shared love for indoor cycling. I was drawn to his creative eye and the way he told stories through content. He’d post about his branding company @thefollowup.co_ , and one day I randomly DM’d him asking if he filmed weddings.

Mitch and I were getting married in Puerto Vallarta and I saw Checo was in Mexico. He said no… but said he’d love to. And honestly, Mitch and I loved that his eye was trained in something completely different. Checo and his crew ended up filming our wedding, spent the whole weekend with us, our families and closest friends. It was one of the best weekends of our lives and Checo was there throughout it all. From that moment on we stayed connected and became really good friends.

Last year, Checo was part of the very first lineup and launch for @ridetheworldd event. What I didn’t know was that behind the scenes, he told the Global Flow team, “You should really check out Priscilla from the States.” I had NO idea he planted my name 🌱

Fast forward to this past summer. They came to take my class, experience my presence in person, and invited me to be part of it this year. When I got the invite, Checo was my first call. He said, “I wasn’t sure if they would, so I didn’t tell you… but I’m so happy for you.”

I'm sharing this story as a reminder that not everything meaningful is built through planning. Some of the most important moments come from leaving space for belief and trusting that things are unfolding long before we can see.

This past weekend, I met friends from all over the world. Connections I’ll cherish forever and I am deeply grateful for this experience and for witnessing it alongside best friends and a home community of riders who showed up in such a big way. Love you @ivanarabol and the entire @globalflowcycling team 🫶🏾

Thank you🫶🏾🌍

PSA long caption coming 😅

when @ivanarabol asked me to attend @nuancesseries I had no idea the profound impact that it could make on what I believe about this industry and the work that we do. More importantly I had no idea the impact it would have on how I see myself in this space not just a coach, or an owner or a rider but as a leader. I used to believe that keeping myself small protected this perfect image I had of myself, that i could put myself out there just enough to not risk being rejected to not risk failing. The truth is that I was being selectively vulnerable, giving just enough but never fully opening. Choosing to be vulnerable takes courage, accepting that it might lead to rejection and failure is brave. Once you start to acknowledge and accept this you realize all that rejection was redirection, doors closing so bigger and better ones could open, that failure was just another block you added to the foundation, you NEED a strong foundation to be able to hold what’s coming for you. I promise when you become vulnerable, when you choose to be afraid and DO IT ANYWAY, dreams come true.
