You may not get a second chance. So put your mind to it.
If you’re putting in the work, doing the right things and giving it everything you’ve got, you’re already moving in the right direction. Show up. Fuel your body. Recover. And keep going.

We had such a great time at @ironorefitness_ @themillonetowah for their HYROX competition, watching athletes of all levels come together and push themselves doing something they love.

We got to meet the owner of @ironorefitness_ and his amazing family, hang with @impact_initiative_pt (and love on their sweet baby 🥹), see our friends from @cherokeerunclub , and meet so many incredible people in our community. Shoutout to Dick Sporting goods in Kennesaw and @southernmealprep for coming out too!

And that’s exactly why @stationaid was there.

Recovery isn’t only for when you feel bad.

We’re here when you feel GOOD and want to stay that way. When you’re training for a competition. When you’re sore. When you’re fighting inflammation or getting over an illness. When you want immunity support before vacation. Or when last night’s decisions require a little assistance. 😂

Triathlete. HYROX competitor. Weekend warrior. Exhausted parent. Or just someone trying to feel their best.

Do what you love. Push your body. Then give it what it needs to keep going. 🔥

IV Hydration, Cryotherapy, Red Light, Salt Therapy, Compression,PEMF and more.

And if this gave you the itch to compete or try out an amazing gym, make sure you’re following @ironorefitness_ for more opportunities!
