STRING TOUR PART #1 recap ❤️ feeling very grateful today to get to play music with these gorgeous humans and for all you sweet people who came. What a week. A lot of driving, a lot of pocket cucumbers, a lot of silly goosing and above all music and hearts! ❤️

Thank you @liverpool_philharmonic and @spocmusic and @formpresents and @kitchen_garden_cafe and @craigbooksgigs for this mini adventure.

Thank you to the unbelievably talented two stars @chloefoymusic and @graceelizabethharvey for opening. Everyone go check out their music now - thank me later.

Onward ho! See you in December, the Netherlands!

The most wonderful way to roll out of holiday: head-first into festival season! Thank you @latitudefest and @deershedfestival for your kind listening ears and pindrop attention in the middle of your energetic festival days, this was really special. And thank you to my incredible band for the beautiferous playing and bountiful belly-laughs and @faberalt @bbcintroducing and @craigbooksgigs for making it all happen! See you on tour this winter?

Life lately equalled a wonderful first string show at @evenflow.festival festival (see you next week @latitudefest and @deershedfestival !) followed by some much needed decompressing - first on the floor with Ellie and next in Spain with waterfalls and mountain hideaways and soul-food and soul-books and a friendly neighbourlady (of the canine persuasion) who comes over to have breakfast together every morning and some of the most beautiful paragraphs I have ever read courtesy of @kaetempest

Life lately is and was and is rehearsing for string ensemble tour (got your tickets yet??) and joyful picnics and beautiferous Chiswick and writing sessions with dear dear friends and getting some much needed auntie-time in with the best girls who are much cooler (and taller?! wtf) than me and great books and furry friends of all kinds and boardgames with loved ones and midnight art-making and getting to join the magnificent @remyvkesteren and the @metropoleorkest for a few songs at a sold out show in @tivolivredenburg 🤯

Life lately has been rich with sunny (cava) catch-ups and breakfast brainstorms and all the geeky games and a brilliant book that’s making me laugh daily and playing songs live on the radio to some absolute legends - first on @bbcradio4 with none other than @jenbristercomedy and @jojomoyesofficial amongst others and then on @radiox for @johnkennedydj and celebrating happy tour memories and big and exciting rehearsals for an upcoming show by @hetnationaletheater that I’m doing the music and sounddesign for!❤️
