Those who know me, I mean *really* know me, know that I’m about that inner work, that deep transformational work that happens beneath the surface of everything we’ve been taught to cherish in the [material] world.

I’m taking everything I’ve learned from over a decade of swimming in the depths and putting all into @spring_of_wellness!

I’ve been fortunate to make some beautiful connections in my journey and I am pleased to begin an exciting chapter of @spring_of_wellness with virtual [and soon, in-person] events featuring inspiring folks whose work have deeply impacted me.

We have our first virtual event on September 20th! Subscribe to the newsletter and follow us for all the details on that :)

Greetings and Happy Resurrection to all who celebrate.

Personally, I am celebrating life, the return of the Sun, and the joyous opportunity to introduce ‘Liberation from the Inside Out’, a summer course I’ll be teaching starting in a few short weeks.

Over 13 weekly sessions starting April 22nd, I will be leading a group through critical lecture and discussions to somatic practices, and creative writing.

We will ask and sit with questions about how structural forces shape our [inner] lives, where they live in our bodies, and what it looks like to begin freeing ourselves from the inside out.

This course is free and open to all. We are working on offering it as a hybrid of both in-person in Hamburg and online.

Registration closes April 19 and we will begin April 22.
Visit the link in bio, or the QR link in the next image.

Come prepared to think, feel, and move gently to a freer, and dare I say, saner version of yourself.

See You in Class! 🤓❤️

I love pulling the Ace of Pentacles as the first card for a new week. Its energy is fresh and invigorating, assuring us that our ideas are ready to be put into action and that the efforts will lead to potential rewards if we dedicate ourselves to making our dreams a reality. The Ace of Pentacles is like when you are certain that a dream or an idea will work out for your fulfilment internally and physically. Now, what do you do with all that potential? How can you order your efforts to get you where you want to be?

Three of Swords is commonly associated with heartbreak and the end of relationships; however, I want to invite us to reconsider heartbreak as the breakdown of illusions that keep us from the truth. And so, if I aim to uncover the truth, especially about myself, is it heartbreaking to discover that something is false that I once believed was true?

Whether we consider it a breaking of illusions or heartbreak, this card portends grief, and it is important to acknowledge and mourn what we thought was true, whether we call it heartbreak, disappointment, or the dismantling of an illusion.

And, what, my dear friend, is grief, if not the necessary clearing that needs to happen to make room for something new and true to take the place of a once false thing that attempted to pass as the truth?

Sending you all love ❤️

I had the pleasure of facilitating a workshop on indigenous practices for health and well-being in June.

Beyond sharing what I know and have gathered over the years, the experience was fulfilling because it was such relief to be around other people who shared the same questions as I did, once upon a while, and longing for answers, some of which I now possess and others which I’m still seeking.

I am thrilled to be the Stewardess for @spring_of_wellness, where we’ll dive deeper into what it means to be well and live well within and beyond this physical realm.

The first newsletter will be going out this week, and I encourage you to sign up if you’re interested in healing, wellness/wellbeing and practices, indigenous and otherwise, that can support you in achieving balance or equanimity if you’re fancy 😉

You can sign up through the link in my bio. I’ll catch you in your inbox!
