✨ SAVE THE DATE · 31.10.2026 ✨

Es wird langsam wirklich real. 🥹🤍

Ab 1.

THE ART OF ADJUSTMENT
An Open Katonah Yoga Masterclass with Steffi Grube & Lisa Fraipont

8. Oktober 2026
16:00 - 18:00 Uhr
Im This is Holy Studio

What happens when we give the body new information?

In this two-hour masterclass, we’ll explore the art of adjustment through the lens of Katonah Yoga. Working with hands-on adjustments, props, walls, verbal cues and imagination, we’ll experiment with different ways of informing the body, creating orientation and finding new possibilities within familiar poses.

Expect an intensive, playful and collaborative practice that combines movement, partner work and some of Katonah Yoga’s most fascinating maps and metaphors.
Open to everyone. Whether you’re completely new to Katonah Yoga, a curious practitioner or an experienced teacher, come ready to explore, experiment and see your practice from a different perspective.

This is part of a 4 day immersion. If you want to look at the whole the 🔗 is in our bio.

30h Katonah Yoga Immersion
with @steffigrube & @kingslane.yoga

8. bis 11. October
Do- So, 9.30h - 18 Uhr
@thisisholy.de

🌟 Thursday, we’ll dive deep into Katonah Yoga Adjustment.
Adjustment is a unique and powerful tool to understand how a person inhabits their body. Using Katonah principles, we’ll learn to observe patterns and tendencies - seeing the body like a map that tells a story, and landscape with familiar and not often travelled places.

🌟 Friday and Saturday, we’ll explore Props and how to adjust with them.
Through practice, theory, and discussion, we’ll learn how blocks, chairs and walls provide frameworks for navigating our bodies with greater clarity and precision.
Expect hands-on exploration, partner work, and plenty of practical ways to integrate maps into your own practice (and your teaching).

🌟Sunday is dedicated to slowing down.
Through Katonah Yoga restorative practices, we’ll explore the art of digesting—not just information, but experience, emotion, and life itself. In a world that moves faster and faster, restorative work is a radical act of reclaiming time and presence.

Join us for a journey of structure, imagination & transformation.

Seit wann bist Du dabei?

Was ist Dein schönstes Erlebnis bei uns?

Schreib´s mal in die Kommentare ⬇️

Danke an alle, die uns schon so lange begleiten. 🤍

Beyond grateful for another exceptional Katonah Yoga Intensive with my mentor and friend Abbie Galvin! What I love most about this material is that the magic doesn’t only unfold in your body it’s unfolding all around us while being in The ROOM with these incredible kind and wonderful people! Thank you to each and every one of you for contributing practicing and creating this special community of Yogis.
One of the gazillion of takeaways and learnings all through these Katonah Yoga years is :
Be curious about things, be curious about your body in poses don’t just stop because you can’t do something …do it anyways…show up …explore the pose …get help …learn in reflection with others …! It’s natural that you cant do it right away it takes time and a good technique!!! ( autocorrect wanted to write tequila but unfortunately I had to correct it lol 😂!) You can only be a good teacher if you are a good student !!! Sign up for our Katonah Yoga teachings …we give you good recipes @the_room069 🥳 … thank you @manuelahuberhealth love you mucho and happy birthday 🎊 soul sister ! @wilmar_nizza_yoga thanks you sweet sweet soul for your help !

This summer we invite the feeling of going for it - and we don’t mean goals or to do lists - but what we mean is doing the little things that light us up
- doing a road trip for only three days or
- visiting a public lake at midnight
things that maybe make no sense - but we all know that those events give us our spark. Let us live our life in such a lightness that we oftentimes miss in modern everyday life, so let’s start a counter revolution
not wanting the next big thing but those little stars in your eyes & a thousand fires burning inside with joy and excitement for life
in modern society we often think (especially with women) that a beautiful person is someone who has great skin & sensual lips, perfect body shape, but what makes a person really attractive is doing hilarious things and laughing so loud about it. The light in your eyes when you see something that is absolutely you. cracking up about just nothing - THAT makes a person really attractive.
