Yesterday marked another trip around the sun, thank you so much for all the birthday love!

I’m grateful for another year, for my health, and for being able to celebrate this day with the woman I love @sturlese. Life doesn’t get much better than that.

Thank you all from the bottom of my heart ❤️

✨ What an incredible day! ✨

The Grand Opening of our second Mileto Caffè in Wembley was beyond anything we could have imagined. From the very first coffee of the morning to the last smile in the evening, our space was alive with joy, laughter, and a true sense of community.

I was so happy to share this moment with my family, my friends, and so many wonderful guests who came to celebrate with us. Your presence and your support made this milestone even more meaningful, and I will never forget the warmth you brought to our new home in Wembley. 🧡

Mileto Caffè has always been about more than coffee — it’s about creating a place where people can feel at ease, connect, work, study, or simply enjoy their free time with friends. To see our dream growing, from Hampstead to Wembley, fills us with pride and gratitude.

📍 Mileto Caffè – 4 Engineers Way, Wembley HA9 0JJ
☕️ This is just the beginning. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for being part of it. We can’t wait to welcome you back very soon.

With love,
Federica & the Mileto Team ✨

Women are incredible 💛

Strong. Resilient. We lift each other up, even from miles away.

One of the greatest privileges of my work is getting to support women on their journey to the life they’ve always dreamed of. Because let’s be real: we still have to work harder, prove ourselves more, and battle self-doubt more than we should have to.

I see it all the time.

In my clients, women I work with. In my friends. In myself.

But what inspires me the most? That we never give up.

We push forward. We fight for what we want. We lift each other up, even when we’re struggling ourselves.

And if I can be the support system a woman needs, helping her overcome stress, self-doubt, imposter syndrome, or burnout, that makes me so happy.

So today, I want to dedicate this to my own support system: my girlfriends who might be far away but are always so close. Women I admire so much. The ones who remind me of who I am, who see my potential when I don’t, who make life so much brighter. Women who I miss a little bit extra today 🥹

Here is to celebrating each other today & always 💛
