Hey Sis... Here’s a secret.
If you rock your confidence 7 Weeks after having your third baby, nursing in between sets, and throwing on maternity wear with festive shoes in front of Health/Fitness coaches?
You can do anything!
LOL—now, what was that you asked me?
You can’t be successful because you’re not at your goal weight? You don’t look like me (NOW)?? Well, sweet girl—-pull up a chair. I got a story for you.
Loving yourself enough to change, and grabbing the public for support? I have that community. One that has loved and believed in me NO MATTER what!!! One that will do the same for you!

I’m not sure what company you work for that expects perfect bodies? But, it’s not mine.
I’m a Nurse, remember? Advocate for health and wellness.
OH, and if your fitness/mental/nutrition levels are strong??? And at this point you sit doubting my coaching, leading, or tools I use?? Be my guest to come over and train 💁🏼‍♀️ Or meet me in my virtual gyms every morning!
I got 3 Boy’s, and a whole lotta hustle!
Guess where I get the energy from?
People who allow me to mentor and learn thru their struggles.
That’s what we call coaching, boo ☝🏻🥰😘 And if you need the old me? Got you!
New me? Got you!

To the community who believed in me enough to join my silly idea of “online accountability” groups whether in the gym or at home...
.
To the girls who excited me enough to want to show up each for them, for me, and for us..
.
To the girls who taught me to trust again after having walls from back stabbing human beings in the past...
.
To the girls who made me feel like I belonged...
.
To the girls who sacrificed their Saturdays, their vacation time, and their free time to hang out around an opportunity for TIME FREEDOM...
.
I love you guys! My results would never be what they are without THIS! .
With FitFire all over the nation and even in Canada? I’m loving we have the ability to make moments like this happen several times a year! .
Best part? We see each other daily online, and once a week for team calls...bc you know...we are all busy..and friendships these days? You want to be around people who make you feel like sunshine.

Drinking Pool Beer (a 4.9% Cream Ale with Makrut Lime Leaves & Key Lime @freewillbrewing ) in the pool with these Badass Babes, has my heart feeling so full. ⁣⁣❤️❤️
⁣⁣
These Babes and I have loved each other and supported each other through every stage of life for the last 16 years: college, the awkwardness of your early 20s, marriages, divorces, babies, trans-Atlantic moves, cross country moves, job changes, career changes, health scares, battling depression, discovering ourselves, and finding happiness. ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
Through it all, we have always kept it real. Tough love is also the most supportive and beautiful basis for a lifelong friendship. Women that you aren’t afraid to speak your mind to. Women that you can trust to knock some sense into you. Women that you can ask the questions of and know that even if they tell you the ugly, uncomfortable truth, they do it with love. Women that keep you humble but also help you build confidence back up when you feel broken. Women that will laugh with you until your cheeks hurt and then still laugh about it with you 16 years later. Women that will love you no.matter.what. I hope everyone finds a friendship as beautiful as ours because there is no substitute for sisterhood. ❤️⁣⁣❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ @kristamarie0604 @supersuevv ⁣⁣

Let’s talk a little about mental health & why and how I became a lifestyle & fitness coach. As for me, exercising and good nutrition goes beyond how it benefits me on a scale or how I look. So bare with me on this long post to make my point. The looks & physical is definitely a plus because honestly after having kids its so normal to get insecure with the littlest things. Our bodies go through so much!!! Especially after 4 pregnancies. I always try to take care of myself as well, because we get so caught up taking care of everyone else, we deserve it too. And Yes, I can also be my worst critic. 🤷🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️ but then I remind myself how badass of a mother I am for birthing 4 children and raising 3 has been by far very challenging. But I am beyond grateful! 🙏🏼 So for those getting to know me and are wondering why I decided to embark this journey of health and fitness and wondering why I say 4 pregnancies but only 3 kids? Here it goes. This lifestyle has changed my life like I always say — “from the inside out.” As you all might know, I have 2 older boys, Ian my first born that is 10 1/2 years old and Isac that is 7 1/2 years old and now another baby boy Isaiah 2 month old. 2 years ago on March 13th 2017 I also delivered into this world my stillborn daughter Chloe at 36 weeks of pregnancy. She would’ve turned 2 this year. You can imagine how excited we were! 2 boys and now a little girl! We did everything any excited parents and family would do, anxiously prepare and wait for our little princess. The outcome was devastating to us all, including our boys and I’m sure everyone around us. Our boys still talk about her and still cry at times because they miss her. We went through what no family should go through. It’s far beyond natural for any parent to lose a child, let alone at 9 months of pregnancy just about to give birth, which is suppose to be the most beautiful time for any expecting parents. Postpartum was rough. Behind closed doors I felt lonely, it was ugly, not because my husband, kids, family and friends weren’t there for me. But because no one could help me! I had to go through the process and cope on my own time. (Continue reading in comments)

Happy #MothersDay .
Grateful for so many, but mostly appreciate the opportunity sharing my Mama struggles publicly. For so long I convinced myself that taking care of myself, traveling, and desiring more was selfish. .
Yet, I look at my incredible journey. I look at the lives I’ve had the honor of uplifting. I look at our sisterhood team paying it forward to others just like them. .
And wow, what an amazing life. .
5 years ago? It wouldn’t of been the same highlights. But when you are ready to live your best life? You link arms with those who want it as well. You partner with a company whose mission statement speaks, “family centered focus, but self care for the win”...and you MAKE your dream life, sis! .
There’s always room at our table, or the seat next to us on the ✈️ Ready to see if this is a fit?? PM for our free info group on becoming an IG influencer 💕

I hope every girl knows how important it is to surround yourself with those GOOD SOULS who will uplift you, support, give you tough love when you need it, DANCE and desire the best life possible!
I am blessed to have this amazing team— a sisterhood—filled with those who do exactly that!
These women deserve everything!! .
We are scattered all over the world with our family routines and won’t see one another again until our amazing week together in Indianapolis this July—but still we work and goal crush daily ❤️
.
If you’re craving community, and wish you were part of a tribe working daily to better their lives while collab vs competing with one another? We will be here with open arms for you! Want to bring positive change to your life? Why do it alone? You don’t have to! My biggest transformation since becoming a coach has been THIS (not the physical transformation!) Having friendships and support that make me a better version of myself daily! And as someone who didn’t have a lot of girlfriends growing up? It makes such a BIG difference.. even in your 30’s! .
Give me a message and I’ll shoot you a quick Free Coach Crash course to learn more about what we do and why ❤️
