Swim-Bike-Run-Beer Shower festival in Basel @triathlonbasel
After two years of striking, my running legs decided to show up last weekend. I had a really fun battle on the course for the overall 4th place on the Olympic distance in the morning and 3rd place on the sprint distance in the afternoon. I missed to feel strong on the run and making up rankings on the run.
What stays are the great memories of sharing the day and the podium with @laeriluhu and Ben, meeting and racing lots of new people and the excitement of being a part of next year’s event again!
Thanks for the crazy race and great organization @triathlonbasel

NEW BLOG: «Warum?»

Three weeks of altitude training in the Engadin🌄. Time to do what I love in one of my favourite places in the 🌎.
But it didn’t all go as planned. 🤧

There’s a quote I think about often:
Life isn’t measured by time: it’s measured by moments.

Some are big.
Some are small.

But the small ones are often the ones we overlook.

I’ve learned to slow down and savor them:
a conversation, a quiet walk, a deep breath, a feeling of peace.

Because in the end, moments are all we really have. 🤍

Kicked off the year of racing @challenge_sby at the weekend 🏊🏽🚴🏽🏃🏼‍♀️

Definately felt a bit flat and like I was stuck in 1st gear, but am glad to have the first race of 2026 ticked off. And I got to show off my new custom tri suit from @cupcke.apparel - which I absolutely LOVE!😍

It couldn’t have been a more exciting, unique and fun filled race weekend, with a brilliant group of people. We certainly won’t be forgetting that one in a hurry ☺️
