Cacio e Pepe… Favamole?! WTF!! 🧀🫘 Tonight I got home starving. Started cooking and immediately realized: too long. I need something NOW. But I didn’t want snacks with random crap in them. So I opened a tub of Favamole, grated parmesan, cracked black pepper from @the.good.spice and threw it on some potato wedges I had left from lunch. Simple. Fast. So freaking good I basically… ate it all. It slapped me. Like… why is this so good? 😅 This is the shift for me to not tell you “what is Favamole” but how I actually eat it when life is happening.
