✨ INTRODUCING FLOW & FIERCE ✨ A lot of you ladies have been asking… so here it is. 🖤 My name is Tara Tiona, and I’m the creator of Flow & Fierce — a dance brand rooted in confidence, movement, connection, sensuality, and self-expression. I’m originally from Virginia, and my dance journey started through stomp and shake cheer, where I first fell in love with performance, rhythm, and powerful movement. I’m a self-taught dancer, and 2 years ago I began my heels training journey alongside some amazing individuals here in the Charlotte community who provide so much value and structure. Since then, I’ve taught for two beginner heels programs in Charlotte, NC and performed in local entertainment shows throughout the area. Flow & Fierce Dance Privates were created for women who want to feel more confident, connected, sensual, powerful, and free in their bodies. Did I mention SEXY? This is a space to grow, build community with other women, receive correction, and strengthen your technique — all while keeping the fun and passion of dance alive. Privates can include: 🔥 Twerk 👠 Heels ✨ Floorwork 🧘🏽‍♀️ Flexibility 💋 Sensuality 👑 Confidence 🎭 Performance My goal is to help you move safely, build body awareness, enhance your skillset, and tap into your own unique flow and fierce energy — so you can feel sexy, powerful, and confident in your movement. 48-hour notice is required due to studio availability. DM me to book your private session. 🖤✨ Follow the movement: @_flowandfierce @tarationa #FlowAndFierce #DancePrivates #CharlotteDance #HeelsDance #ConfidenceThroughDance

I COMPLETED MY FIRST 8 WEEK HEELS PROGRAM (Foundations to spotlight) Last night was truly special. 🥹✨ I’m so grateful I said yes to creating this program and to everyone who encouraged me to take that leap, thank you. I was nervous for so many reasons, but I’m so glad I followed through. To every participant: you showed up, pushed past the nerves, and gave it your all. I’m incredibly proud of us. We didn’t know exactly how it would go, but we trusted the process and each other. The program sold out because you believed in yourselves. That’s powerful. Keep going. Continue to train. Learn from different instructors, we have so much talent right here in Charlotte. When we look to each other & hold each other accountable, that’s how we grow this dance community together. Keep pouring into yourself. Do the things that feel hard and make you nervous. Growth lives there. Thank you @tarationa for pouring into these women. You are HER when it comes to this dance shit.
And @jwashproductions, your support means the world, not just to me, but to our whole creative community. Can’t wait to see the footage & their photos 🥹😩 #sevthefairy #cltheels #charlotte #heelsprogram #cltdancer #heelschoreography #choreography #dance #cltliveperformances
