🥀CAP SZN is officially coming to an end & I enjoyed every moment of it (it’s still my birthday idc lol). I’ve came such a long way. 2025, was literally day and night (hence the red & gray photos). I felt like a part of myself has died and resurrected 💋 It’s safe to say I’m finally tapping back into my creativity & feeling like ME AGAIN. I love being a new year baby because it forces me to reflect on everything I’ve been through and accomplished! It’s a reminder that I AM ENOUGH. I AM CAPABLE. I AM WORTHY OF EVERYTHING I DESIRE.

As a Capricorn, we are naturally hard on ourselves because we are extremely ambitious! We don’t give ourselves enough grace but we really are the GOATS & are made to persevere through anything!

I’ve been through so many setbacks, however I still end up on top! I’ve always been open about my mental health & I felt like 2025 has hit me the hardest. Going through PTSD, anxiety, depression, postpartum, losing everything & gaining it all back, man you name it… I’ve been through it. There was a time I didn’t even wanna be on this earth (vulnerability moment).
I made myself a promise that I will no longer let a diagnosis define me.

Cheers to the new me. ✨& to little Tara, you ARE that girl & deserve so much happiness & abundance. My heart goes out to anyone who is going through something right now. Take a step back to reflect, pray, and remind yourself YOU are not defined by any hardships you may be going through. YOU have the power to get through those obstacles and bloom into your best self.

Thank you to everyone who wished me a happy birthday (1/3) and S/O to all my Capricorn brothers and sisters because YALL SHOWED OUT OKAY?! 🌹
