✨ FACILITATOR SPOTLIGHT: TAREA ELIXIR ✨

Meet Tarea Elixir, who will be guiding Wild & Welcomed — a dance journey that feels like a homecoming for every part of you. 🌈

Drawing on contemplative arts, parts work, and somatic embodiment, Tarea creates space to explore and reclaim the parts of ourselves that have been left behind or left out on the dance floor. Whether you’ve experienced dance floor bullying, feel uncertain in your body, or simply want to discover new ways of moving, this journey is an invitation to find your dance as if for the very first time.

This one is for all of us. The wild ones, the weirdo ones, the ones still finding their way in. 💕

What part of you is ready to be welcomed?

📍 August 7–9, 2026 | Providence Farm, Cowichan Valley

Today I turn 36 and one of my favorite lessons I've learned and actually integrated that I'm taking with me into my new year

Is

I'm not everyone's cup of tea, and that's okay with me.

Because embodying that has led me to create @theflowershopdance party for me and my people

And what has helped me enjoy time with myself. Time I always enjoyed but couldn't always let myself enjoy because of fear of being abandoned.

And it's what has helped me just fully enjoy who I am without people pleasing or masking.

And I'm SO fucking grateful.

So my loves! Let's celebrate not being everyone's cup of tea but being the elixir flavors your humans have been waiting for.

See you on the dancefloor July 19th! Grab your tickets cuties to come dance with me and your hommies.

Full circle but 10 layers deeper ⭕️♾️

My close friends and I always ask each other “so who are you these days” rather than saying “how are you?”…

My deepest friends show me how real change is, how much humans can actually grow and change and how silly it is to think we really “know” someone in all versions at all times.

Surround yourself with people you can grow and expand with, who aren’t here for a version of you but your soul ✨

This too shall pass. Change is the only thing we can count on, and god bless it 💕

Grateful for all of life’s blessings 🙌🙌🙌.
