Grateful for this journey I’ve been on for over 5 years 🥹✨

My relationship with fitness has evolved so much, and one of the biggest shifts has been realizing that movement isn’t about how you look, but how you feel 💯

When you feel excited to move, empowered to lift, and inspired to sweat, it becomes less about the mirror and more about the joy, strength, and confidence movement brings.

And that’s the kind of relationship with fitness I want more women to experience, too. 🥹

Now I’m curious, boo: are you grateful for movement in your life, or are you still trying to find your groove? Tell me more, boo 👇🏾

And if you’re ready to build a routine that fits your full life, I’m currently taking on women for online custom programming and 1:1 personal training in Chicago @templebodii 🤎

Link in bio to get started, or you can also DM me to chitty chat. I don’t bite, I promise 🤪

Wooo, I’m still thinking about this workout boo 🤣🫶🏾 sharing it with you below! If you love to get in to the gym, get spicy with the lower body and OUT in less than an hour, this is for you 🔥

Here’s the breakdown so you can save it and try it for yourself! 👇🏾

SMITH MACHINE HIP THRUSTS
4 sets × 6–8 reps

BACK SQUATS
4 sets × 6–8 reps

SEATED ADDUCTOR MACHINE
3 sets × 10 reps

ALTERNATING REVERSE LUNGES
3 sets × 10 reps ea side, 20 reps total

GLUTE KICKBACKS
3 sets × 10 reps ea side

A lil’ reminder from your trainer girly: those last 2 reps should feel challenging, but not impossible! We love a challenge, but we’re not out here fighting for our lives on every rep 😭💪🏾

Also, we’re not perfectly symmetrical, and that’s perfectly fine! Unilateral exercises like reverse lunges and glute kickbacks help us build strength and address side-to-side differences 🍑

SAVE this reel, screenshot the breakdown, and try it, boo 🤎 Lmk if you plan on or do end up giving this a try!

And if you’re ready for a training plan that fits YOUR life, goals, and schedule, I’d love to work with you 🤩 Click the link in my bio to apply for 1:1 personal training, online or in person with @templebodii 🔗

It’s Q4 and you still have time, boo ✨ To keep it really real, I almost lost sight of my goals this year and let fear take over 🥹

Starting a business again 👋🏾 @templebodii
Showing up on social media again with a new page
Being who I feel called to be as a founder & creator

Over the last two weeks, I let myself fall into a freeze state. Anyone else do that? 🙋🏾‍♀️

Sometimes when things don’t feel perfect, we don’t do them at all. We overthink, we hesitate, and we convince ourselves we need more time.

But guess what? It’s never going to be perfect 😭

I invite you to show up for yourself these last few months of the year, even when it’s messy. Whether it’s your fitness journey, your side hustle, your relationships, or a goal you’ve been putting off, you still have time to make 2026 what you want it to be 🔥

Now let’s get out of our heads and into action boo 🤎

I know how it feels to be all of these girls, boo ✨can you relate to any of them?

To want to feel stronger in your bodii, but not know where to start 🤷🏾‍♀️

To think you need to be smaller before you can feel confident 👀

To avoid lifting heavy because you don’t think you’re strong or athletic enough 🏋🏾‍♀️

To start and stop because you haven’t found something that actually fits your life 📆

I’ve been all of those girls 🙋🏾‍♀️

Becoming the girly I am now didn’t happen because I suddenly became more disciplined or made fitness my entire life.

I found movement that made me feel strong AF 💪🏾

I focused less on what my body looked like and more on everything it could DO 🙌🏾 And somewhere along the way, working out became something I genuinely love. It even became my career!

That’s a huge part of why I coach the way I do at @templebodii 🤎

I support women with full ass lives who want to get stronger, feel more confident in their bodii and actually ENJOY working out, without fitness becoming their entire life or taking away from everything else they love 💗

Because fitness should be a part of your life, not your whole life. ✨

If you’re reading this like “damn, I’m one of those girls” 👀 yah gurl is here 🙋🏾‍♀️

There’s no gatekeeping here boo 🤎 save if you’re wanting to get more protein in your diet yet still keep it budget-friendly & affordable because I can’t recommend Aldi enough ✨

Hitting your protein goals doesn’t have to feel like a full-time job, it can be as easy as one trip to the grocery store & a list of the sources you need for the week 🛒

Those 6 high-protein foods are a just few examples of what I recommend to my @templebodii fitness coaching clients aka the strong, confident girlies who are building muscle 💪

A few tips I wanna share with you boo:

🥚 Eggs @aldiusa are the best priced I’ve seen!
🍣 Tuna in water vs. oil is lower in fat
🐄 Organic, lean ground beef tastes so good
🐓 Boneless, skinless chicken breasts are easy to make & prepare for the week
🍫 Protein bars are not a clutch — prioritizing whole food sources is key! Aim for one a day
🧇 Protein waffles are yummy additions to your plate for brekkie

Were these helpful for you boo? Gonna grab any on your next grocery run? 🤩 Btw this isn’t sponsored at all — I’m just an Aldi girly through and through 🤪
