Last week we had dinner in the woods, and it was one of the most magical experiences we’ve had to date.

This is a beautifully curated dinner by @melwinebrown at @browningbros & @teybrookfarm. We wandered the 20 acres of woodland and had the most delicious flambéed garlic prawns before finding our seat in the fairytale-like setting.

With wood-fire at the heart of it all, we got cosy with a glass of wine, and as fire normally does… it made us open up. Within a couple of hours, we went from being seated next to complete strangers to feeling like we connected and shared stories with people we would never have met if it wasn’t for this experience.

And then there was the whopping 5-course dinner (6 if we count the amazing Mini Hokey Pokey Bombe Alaska)… all of it surrounded by trees, with soft music playing in the background, before we eventually moved over to the bar and were rewarded with live folk music.

We finished off our drinks while listening to the music and slowly got ready to join the real world… it did feel like we were in our little bubble and disconnected from it all for a few hours.

Really can’t put into words what a special night it was… if you want to experience it for yourself, you can now join the waitlist for their Spring edition!! 🪵👩🏻‍🍳🔥

SOLD OUT. GONE. FINITO.

Sometimes I genuinely pinch myself when I think of the magic that The Wild Table creates. I'll be boosting from Brixton (sorry @brixtonlaundry) and for one week transforming @teybrookfarm into a woodland kitchen. For those new here, my Wild Table series with @beckykruger123 is about the culmination of campfire chef and restaurant food - cooked over flames and coals. (courtesy of bstrd @ofyrr) Its about connection and it is about stillness, exploring something new, and experiencing something wonderful natural. Sign up for the ride. I promise its a goodie 🙂

This is The Wild Table.

1,200+ people are already waiting for May 2027.
Missed your chance? Tough. Better hope a slot opens up next year! x

It’s that time again 🌲🍽️🌲

The autumn edition of The Wild Table. Our woodland restaurant reopens this weekend. A delicious journey of fire-cooked food on our fifth-gen organic farm in collaboration with @brixtonlaundry and @melwinebrown.

The event has sold out, which is incredible. If you missed out this time, follow the link in our bio to sign up for 2027 updates.

If you’re joining us this week, we can’t wait to dine with you.

Experiment and possible future Flint Wine Club exclusive incoming!

We’re making a Charmat Pet Nat. Natural sugars, no SO2, PIWI disease-resistant grapes and indigenous yeasts all from a biodynamic vineyard (our friends at Teybrook Farm).

This is going to be an interesting one we hope. Keep an eye out for updates throughout the winemaking process.

Why PIWIs? 🍇🌿

We spoke to the big cheese, Richard, at @teybrookfarm in Essex.

Richard planted PIWIs (disease-resistant grape varieties) as a natural fit for his organic approach. Varieties like Sauvignac and Cabaret Noir have been developed to have stronger natural resistance to disease. They fare much better when it comes to mildew and botrytis allowing vineyards to farm with significantly fewer chemicals.

For us, PIWIs are about exploring the future of British wine. They're an exciting opportunity to experiment, push boundaries, and see what's possible through thoughtful, minimal-intervention farming.

A Happily Ever After Party…💍

With wedding season in full swing, last month it was a complete and utter pleasure to perform for Keir & Chloe’s Happily Ever After Party! Having tied the knot in Vegas, they invited their loved ones to the beautiful Teybrook Orchard to celebrate and the weather could not have been more perfect!

K&C booked a bespoke Silver Package for their Guest Arrival and Drinks Reception, which included a smooth and jazzy start and then singalong party favourites to finish. It was also so special to have included some of their favourite requests in the sets too!

Thank you K&C for asking me to be part of your celebrations, and I wish you both every happiness in your next chapter together!🥹

Shooting with Heather from @yourchoiceceremonies was such an eye opening experience. 🤍

Despite knowing her (and other celebrants!) for years, I had no idea just how much goes on behind the scenes on a wedding day.

It’s so much more than standing at the front and conducting the ceremony. They’re the calm in the chaos, the reassuring face for the couple, the person guiding guests, checking every little detail and making sure everything runs exactly as it should.

They’re the quiet mastermind behind one of the most important parts of your day, and honestly, seeing it all firsthand gave me a whole new appreciation for what celebrants do.

A must have if you ask me. 🥹

Thank you so much, Heather, for trusting me to capture your story and shine a light on everything that happens behind the scenes. I absolutely loved bringing the narrative of your day to day role to life. 🤍

2 of 3 of the gorgeous edits I created back in April for Heather. 🤍

This one was a little different…

While the shoot was primarily to capture Heather from @yourchoiceceremonies doing her thing as a celebrant and everything that goes on behind the scenes, I couldn’t ignore the stunning setting and the beautiful couple at the heart of it all.

@teybrookfarm Tey Brook Orchard made the most gorgeous backdrop, and Kim & Martyn had poured so much love into every detail of their day. They even created all of the decor themselves!

It would have been a crime not to capture those little moments, the atmosphere and the love that made the day so special.

I’m an absolute sucker for a wedding, so creating this edit was a dream. 😭🤍

One of the things I love most about content creation is telling the whole story. Sometimes it’s about showcasing a business, and sometimes it’s about capturing the emotion, the details and the moments that make everything come together. This edit does exactly that. 💍

I had the absolute pleasure of capturing this content back in April for the wonderful Heather from @yourchoiceceremonies , an independent celebrant who I’ve known ever since my social media journey began at @breakoutforbusiness.

It was such an honour to attend the beautiful wedding of Kim and Martyn at the stunning @teybrookfarm and capture not just the ceremony, but everything that happens behind the scenes.

When people think of a celebrant, they often think of the person standing at the front conducting the ceremony. But there’s so much more to it than that.

From calming nerves and making final checks to greeting guests and ensuring every little detail is just right, Heather is constantly working behind the scenes to make the couple’s day as seamless and special as possible. Those are the moments we wanted to capture.

Despite knowing Heather for years, I honestly had no idea just how much care, preparation and emotion goes into creating such a personal ceremony. It’s a truly special role, and I feel so lucky to have witnessed it firsthand.

A huge thank you to Heather for trusting me to capture what she does best, and to Kim & Martyn for allowing me to be a tiny part of such a special day. 🤍

This is exactly why I love content creation. It’s about telling the story behind the business, not just showing what happens on the surface.
