POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

This one is perhaps very personal to me; we don't choose our struggles but we can certainly choose how to deal with it. Probably that's what makes us more sensitive to the issue of Mental Health.

Seeking help has often been stigmatised and people seeking it have been called names. But, thanks to this film, which teaches us the true meaning of struggle through Pyarelal's story.

And to our Mental Health professionals, who work hard day in and out and hold up a mirror in front of us - a big shout out and thank you, from the bottom of my heart. ♥️🤗✨
..
Don't hesitate to seek help and Mahalaya is perhaps the perfect day when we can talk about smashing these stereotypes. Maa Durga serves as a perfect epitome of seeking help to acknowledge our struggles, confront them when required, recognize patterns patterns and know where we might be going wrong. Seeking help is not a sign of weakness, sometimes it is the first step towards recognising our strength.
.
Greetings to our Mental Health professionals on the account of World Mental Health Day! 🪷🧠♥️

Sometimes we’re not unhappy because life is going wrong.

We’re exhausted from replaying what we can’t change and worrying about what hasn’t happened yet 🌀

Come back to today. You’re here. 🌷

🎐 What would change if you gave yourself permission to just be here?

(present moment, innerpeace, acceptance, overthinking, anxiety relief, healing journey, selfawareness, emotional regulation, lettinggo, personal growth)

One Evening. Five Plates. Zero Regrets. 🌯🔥

Some places are all about the ambience. Others let the food do all the talking.

Spicity turned out to be one of those places where every dish brought something different to the table. We went in expecting a quick meal and walked away planning our next visit.

What we tried:

🌯 Paneer Tikka Naan Roll —The standout of the evening. Loaded, spicy, and packed with flavour.

🔥 Malai Chaap — Smoky, juicy, and perfectly charred.

🥙 Galouti Kebab — Soft, flavourful, and paired beautifully with mint chutney.

⭐ Overall Experience: 4.6/5

📍 If you're building your list of must-try food spots in Noida, this one deserves a place on it.

Have you been to Spicity? Or what's another hidden gem we should check out next?

Paneer Roll 🌯

If you're visiting Spicity, start with the Paneer Roll.

A flaky wrap loaded with spicy paneer, crunchy peppers, onions, and bold masala in every bite. It's messy, packed with flavour, and exactly the kind of street food you keep thinking about long after you've finished it.

Would I order it again? Absolutely.

Tandoori Momos 🔥

These Tandoori Momos were everything you'd expect—smoky, juicy, and coated in a rich tandoori marinade that didn't overpower the filling.

Paired with spicy dip and grilled onions, they're a must-order if you enjoy bold North Indian flavours with a smoky finish.

Sorry, Commons... but my crew doesn't do "regular." ☕

Some cafés are remembered for the coffee.
Some are remembered for the conversations.

Commons somehow gave us both.

We went in for a quick coffee.
Ended up doing what every friend group does best:
"Let's leave..."
...and then stayed for another hour.

What we tried:

☕ Mont Blanc Coffee — 4.5/5 ⭐
Rich coffee notes, smooth texture, and easily the standout of the day. If you're visiting, don't skip this one.

🥤 Smoked Vanilla Latte — 4/5 ⭐
Creamy, balanced, and subtly smoky without overpowering the coffee. Comfort in a cup.

🌿 Fresh Basil Lemonade — 4/5 ⭐
Fresh, crisp, and surprisingly refreshing. A great palate cleanser between coffees.

Would we go back?

Absolutely.
Good coffee gets you through the door.
Great company is what keeps you there.

walked into the circle thinking we’d be talking about emotions.

But the real questions were never:
“Why am I angry?”
“How do I stop feeling this?”

They were:
What do I treasure?
What is my fear trying to protect?
Who is this emotion asking me to become?

Because emotions don’t exist in isolation. They point us toward our values, our stories, and the parts of ourselves asking to be seen.

So here’s the same question we left the circle with:
What have your emotions been trying to tell you lately? 🌼

The Psychology of Parenting Series 01

How were you disciplined growing up? 🧸

For many people, the first memories aren’t of lessons—they’re of fear, silence, or punishment ❤️‍🩹

The experiences children have today often become the beliefs they carry into ADULTHOOD !🧑‍🧑‍🧒

So perhaps the more important question isn’t whether a child listens 🤓

It’s what they’re learning while they listen.

Sometimes, a single moment of reflection can change the way parenting is understood.

Nobody was asked to sing. Nobody needed to be. ❤️

The moment the TMKOC theme song started, the entire room joined in without a second thought.

What was supposed to be a trivia night turned into a room full of shared memories, laughter, and nostalgia.

This is why we do what we do at Cirql.

Not just events. Moments that bring people together.

How many of you still know the entire TMKOC theme song by heart? 🎤👇
