Glutes not growing from RDLs? Or worse, is your lower back screaming after every set? 😩 Let's talk about your setup.

Dumbbell RDLs are a classic, but their heavy downward force can put a lot of stress on the lower back while letting tension off your glutes at the top of the movement.

Want the fix? Switch to cables

✅ Isolates your glutes with non-stop tension.
✅ Protects your back by promoting a better hinge pattern.
✅ Unlocks a deeper range of motion.
Should I do a cable RDL tutorial?

Lose the Lower Belly "Pooch" in No Time? Think Again! 🚫

Tired of feeling self-conscious about that soft little curve at the bottom of your stomach? Want to get rid of it for good? 🤔

Well, here's the surprise: you shouldn't! 🤯

That's right, ladies! The lower belly "pooch" is not only natural, but it's also a sign of health and resilience! 💪

Here are the top 5 reasons why you should EMBRACE your lower belly, not erase it:

✨ *Hormonal Balance & Period Health*: That extra padding plays a crucial role in regulating hormones and supporting mood stability and regular menstrual cycles.

🔥 *Core Function & Posture*: The gentle layer of fat cushions your pelvis, lower back, and abdominal muscles, aiding in balance and movement.

🛡️ *Protection for Vital Organs*: Your uterus, ovaries, and intestines benefit from this extra layer, which acts as a protective buffer.

🌱 *Fertility & Reproductive Health*: This natural reserve provides the energy your body needs for fertility and reproductive health.

🤰 *Pregnancy Preparedness*: When it comes time to nurture a new life, this natural cushion provides essential energy reserves and a protective barrier.

So, instead of battling your body's natural design, let's celebrate every curve! 💖
Drop a ❤️ if you're ready to challenge unrealistic beauty standards and love your body just the way it is!

GET READY TO SLIDE INTO A 🍌 SPLIT

Before you can master the full banana split, you need to start with the basics - the low lunge!

A low lunge is a fundamental movement that targets the hip flexors, quadriceps, and glutes. Not only does it help improve flexibility and balance, but it also:

Strengthens the muscles around the knee joint
Improves range of motion in the hips and legs
Enhances athletic performance and reduces injury risk

But here's the best part: mastering the low lunge is a crucial step in working towards a full banana split!

By practicing the low lunge, you'll be able to:

Develop the necessary flexibility and mobility in your hips and legs
Build strength and control in your core and leg muscles
Gradually increase your range of motion and work towards a deeper split

So, don't be discouraged if you're not yet flexible enough for a full banana split. Start with the low lunge and work your way up!

Remember to always listen to your body and modify or rest when needed.

Handstand goals, anyone?

Before you can master a full handstand, it's essential to learn and practice the L-handstand (also known as a half handstand)! This fundamental step helps you:

1⃣ *Builds foundation*: The L-handstand helps you develop the strength, control, and balance needed for a full handstand.

2⃣ *Improves alignment*: Practicing the L-handstand teaches you to engage your core, maintain proper body alignment, and understand the relationship between your body and the ground.

3⃣ *Enhances flexibility*: The L-handstand requires flexibility in your shoulders, back, and hips, which are all essential for a full handstand.

4⃣ *Boosts confidence*: Mastering the L-handstand gives you a sense of accomplishment and confidence, which is vital for progressing to more challenging skills.

Think of the L-handstand as a preparation phase. It lets you assess your strength and arm power before progressing to a full handstand.

Yoga is healing, restorative and relaxing.
It's NOT all about bending backwards and touching your toes!
It's a psychosomatic practice.
And it sure as hell isn't about doing only Asanas in peak heat.
