saturday night, novemberr 7, jackie nico and i will be hosting something unexpected at the barn.

jackie will lead kundalini yoga movement and meditation with guided hypno meditation to awaken and spark the artist inside you.
kent will facilitate painting a one of one original on a 16 x 20 or similar canvas using the same materials he uses daily.
it’s an unexpected experience, it’s permission to let yourself go.
try something new, sans judgment.
all start with a blank canvas -
finish with a framed confidence - reminding you - to trust you.
real artists snack and get thirsty. and since you will be that - the host has those too..
bring your phones, but there is a basket for them.
we also collect all judgment, self sabotage, over thinking, over thinking the over thinking, and all forms of “i can’t even draw a stick figure.”
just the phones are returned.
. . .
dress like a yogi, try to smell like charlize theron. if you like, the host can provide the martha stewart apron.
. . .
$195 gets you a spot on the floor, a canvas, and ultimately a beautiful evening surrounded by an energy and creative spirit mix that can be intoxicating and contagious.
message me to reserve your spot. 12 available.

Honored to speak to several 1000 high school kids + families all across North America... 👇

recently with @ambassadorsofcompassion
🙏 it's literally been one of my favorite things to do! 🥹👇

What did you need to hear when you were young?
And what kind of examples do wish wish you had they could've really helped you when you needed it most?

I want to BE that person now. 🥹

Because young people don’t just need our words. They need our example. Our embodiment. And real tools that help them navigate the hard stuff.

So grateful to be partnering with Ambassadors of Compassion on stages like this... and on what we’re building next through film, storytelling, and experiences designed to do more than inspire. 👀

To actually give students and families tools that can transform their lives.

This is only the beginning. ✨ @ambassadorsofcompassion

What would you tell your younger self? Do you think they would've listened? if not, why not and what could've made them actually hear you?

The sum is greater than our parts. Last night was such a beautiful example of what happens when we step into that.

Believe it or not, I’m still working in film… So let’s do a little recap. 👀🤩

Over the last year and a half, I’ve had countless opportunities to work with some of the most talented people I’ve met in my life. I’ve also made some amazing friends who I know I wouldn’t have been able to meet any other way.

As many of you likely know, I took a little break after working on project after project (mental health and physical exhaustion being the biggest reason as to why) and it made me really take a step back and realign myself with everything in my life— my work, my relationships, my identity, and a full list more.

All that to say, my main takeaway was this:

You do not have to constantly be moving forward to still be moving in the right direction.

Sometimes you need to slow down.
Sometimes you need to take a break.
Sometimes you need to admit that the thing you’ve been chasing so hard isn’t making you happy in the way you thought it would.

And sometimes, stepping away from something you love and have passion for is exactly what you need to remember why you loved it in the first place.

I’m still learning how to balance working with actually allowing myself to live my life. I’m still figuring out where exactly I want to be, what stories I want to tell, and what kind of person I want to become along the way… But I’m still here. I’m still creating. I’m still learning.

And I’m still incredibly grateful that somehow, this industry keeps putting the most wonderful people and experiences in my path.

So here’s a little look back at the last year and a half… The projects, the people, the long days, and everything in between.

I have no idea exactly where this is all going… But I think I’m finally at a place to say that I’m okay with that. 🤍🎬

PS: To my friends who have been by my side throughout it all— most aren’t pictured 🥀— please know that words can’t describe how grateful I am for you, your patience, and your support. I love you. 🖤💫

Maybe the hardest part of the leap is surrendering where you land. 😳👇

We talk a lot about how love requires courage, faith + surrender… and apparently life wanted to make sure we actually practiced it. 😅

We did NOT win America’s Favorite Couple 😩 We came SO close... finishing 2nd in our quarterfinal group...

The biggest push happened during the exact same time as the Legend of the White Dragon ( @lotwhitedragon ) premiere, and we had a choice: fight harder for the outcome or be fully present for a once-in-a-lifetime moment.

We chose presence. 🙏 and gave it up to God... as we were first place when we got to the Premiere.... but then the next morning I found out we came in second.

And maybe that’s what this whole thing was about anyway.

Not winning a competition. But Making healthy love louder.... and actually LIVING the message we talk about.

To every single person who voted, donated, shared, posted + believed in us… THANK YOU. 😭 You carried us farther than we ever could’ve gone alone. We felt your love more than you know. 🙏🙏🙏🫂🫂🫂

We may not have won the title… but we’re still taking the leap... every single day.

And we hope you’ll keep jumping with us. ❤️🙏🫂

Let’s make healthy love louder.

48 years later…a theater full of people in Los Angeles laughed at Killer Tomatoes again. Thank you to everyone who came out to support, especially the cast and crew who were warned and showed up anyway.

Only time will tell who gets the last laugh.🍅

Thank you @firstglancefilmfests and @laemmlenoho for a wonderful time🎭
