Bangkok in May. 4 Days, 3 Nights.
A jam packed but well spent trip.
Lots of walking, well balanced with equal amounts of calories consumed in the various forms of food, and accessible massages just across the road from our hotel.

May 2025 - what a ride.
From launching Studio 8 to seeing my name in AugustMan, this month has been full of milestones I’ll never forget. Shanghai brought sweet reunions, Singapore lit up with Gaga’s fire, and Malaysia grounded me in warmth, laughter, and unexpected wins.

Grateful for the friendships that filled my days, the memories that made me smile, and the quiet moments of reflection too. A cherished soul took flight; distance may grow, but some hearts remain close no matter where they land.

Appreciative of it all. The highs, the hustle, the hugs. Here’s to more magic ahead. 💫

Had a blast last weekend at the @alo @alomalaysia x @defy.training event just a bunch of us pushing limits, swapping lifting tips, and stepping out of our comfort zones. Great vibes, cool people, and plenty of laughs along the way.

Taking care of your mind is as important as taking care of your body.

No shortcuts, no handouts. Just discipline, pain, and persistence.

We lift heavy. We think sharp. Stand tall. Protect our peace.

We keep choosing stillness, connection, and compassion with ourselves.

✨Give a treatment, get educated✨

Here’s a what went down at our exclusive ‘Give & Get’ hands-on experience, where our KOL friends stepped into the shoes of a Professional Skin Therapist to perform a Dermalogica skin treatment on their partner, guided by our Dermalogica Experts 💆🏻‍♀️✨

Swapping roles, they learned skincare techniques and the art of giving a professional skin treatment! What a great way to connect, share skin health knowledge and immerse in the transformative power of professional skin care ❤️

From the Belly Archives.

This is the build up leading to a pin point crosskick from @so_udt to @the.marc.le on the wing against Sri Lanka at Stadium Nasional Bukit Jalil in 2019.

Wishing Bunga Raya 15s all the best in the ARC Playoffs this weekend facing the mighty Tuskers at their home turf in Colombo.

Dalam perlawanan terakhir menentang Sri Lanka (Perlawanan Rasmi Antarabangsa) pada 2019, Marc Le menghadiahkan 'try' pertama perlawanan buat Malaysia selepas menyudahkan sepakan silang cantik Mohd Fairuz Abd Rahman dalam kawasan 22, yang langsung tidak dikawal pihak lawan.
