Experienced marketer and event producer with over a decade in the music industry, specializing in digital marketing, event management, ticketing, and grassroots organizing. Stephen serves as Vice President of Marketing for Dayglo Presents, overseeing strategy for iconic venues and events, including Brooklyn Bowl venues in multiple cities, The Capitol Theatre, Bearsville Theater in Woodstock, NY and LOCKN’ Farm in Arrington, Virginia. Dayglo Presents has partnered exclusively with the family of Jerry Garcia to open Garcia’s at The Capitol, and in Chicago.

As Event Director, Jennifer works closely with the NIVA team across multiple departments and timelines, overseeing projects and budgets that span programming, sponsorships, logistics, and production. This includes tracking deliverables and maintaining detailed timelines to keep internal teams, event staff, and venues aligned and on schedule.

With over a decade in the music industry, Chris has worked across publishing, promotion, and artist development, collaborating with some of the best in the business. Those experiences led him to launch Immediate Family, a New York-based agency specializing in digital strategy, content marketing, and label services for artists, labels, and brands looking to break through the noise. These experiences led him to his current position at UMG.

For over 15 years, The Wild Honey Pie has been a leader in music discovery, experiential events, and music videos. Eric finds the most joy when combining his passions for music and food in ways that build community and help music fans meet their next best friends and artists. Their Pizza Parties in Brooklyn are the most unique way for fans to connect with their favorite artists, in an intimate setting, while raising money for charity. The series has recently expanded to parties in cities across the country, including LA, Denver, Nashville, Chicago and Atlanta.
