🌹 I am so grateful to share the introductory calendar for @Garcias_Chicago, which opens at the end of this month in the West Loop! Garcia’s has been years in the making, and I’m forever grateful to Peter Shapiro, Marc Allen, and Jerry Garcia’s family for this incredible opportunity to be part of something so special for the culture and the city, which both have a rich history surrounding Jerry’s legacy. Shappy held onto this spot through all of Covid, and the entire team has put an insane amount of love into every detail, from the finishes to the sound system to the menu to the site-lines. The journey of getting in the trenches on behalf of Deep Cut with my brothers and sisters from Dayglo has already been an honor and a lot of hard work. We’ve only just begun, though, and I cannot wait for you to experience this inspired new concept, memorable concerts, and a new home for the community we love. 🌹 taken in West Loop, Chicago, Illinois by @thebiggrybowski

Five years?! Reflecting on five years of @backline.care… To think that we made it this far is beyond anything we could have ever imagined. What began as a response to @NealCasal’s passing has become a lifeline for so many across the music industry. Together we’ve built a network of over 1,000 vetted providers nationwide, each offering affordable, accessible care to those who need it most. But the heart of Backline isn’t in the numbers; it’s in the meaningful care plans, resources, and connections we’ve fostered for thousands in this industry. We’re building a community grounded in compassion and support, and I’m excited to see where this path takes us next. It takes a really, really big village and I am forever grateful for it (we just got a @pollstar_official nom?!?!?) BTW if you’ve made it this far, you should donate 😉 🖤 taken in New York, New York by @thebiggrybowski
