Back in June, we ended S4 with our first ever Self Love Experience. And four months later, the @selflovemodel is making her return. This season, we are coming back with a whole new look. I’m so glad to be back doing things I love 💕 Lately, I’ve been trying to be more intentional with everything I do. And getting back to moving my body with more confidence and freedom has definitely healed me in so many ways than one. I also have been taking some pilates classes y’all so that’s why stretching in this video was difficult because Jenny’s idea of stretching is a whole workout in itself. 🤣 And on top of that, I didn’t bring no warmup shoes. But anyways, my best advice to you is to just GO! Take the class. Get your body moving even in small doses. It has done wonders for my mental wellbeing while we wait on the physical results of the work being put in. AND ALSO HAVE FUN DOING IT! sometimes suffering is fun lol. I say suffer because the things we are most uncomfortable are oftentimes the things we’re just not good at yet. But that doesn’t mean don’t do it. ✨ DEL HACER AL SER ✨ Así se vivió mi primera clase presencial de Yoga Holístico y también uno de los momentos más especiales hasta ahora de este nuevo estilo de vida. Creé esta experiencia como parte de mi proceso para graduarme de mi profesorado de Yoga Holístico, pero terminó convirtiéndose en mucho más que una clase. Quería crear un espacio para que mis invitadas bajaran el ritmo, salieran por un momento del piloto automático y volvieran al cuerpo, a la respiración y al presente. Esa noche respiramos, meditamos, nos movimos, practicamos asanas, integre el tacto consciente a través de un masaje craneal y terminamos entregándonos a la quietud y al sonido. ✨ A cada una de las mujeres que aceptó mi invitación y confió en mí para vivir esta primera experiencia: GRACIAS. 🤍 Ustedes hicieron que esa noche fuera todavía más especial.
