Everyone helps everyone grow together, wherever they are on their journey. Training is free for ages 13-21. Come check us out and train at our host gym, Juntos BJJ. Big thanks to Mario, the head coach of the adult programs for sharing knowledge & co-coaching tonight’s class! 🥊

Fell down hard, now it’s time to get on up!

Now that the dust has settled from a humbling quick submission loss this weekend, I want to give the biggest shout out to the folks behind the scenes and at the helm at @harlemfreefight who put together an incredible event on Saturday, @superupperpunch & @gioiaplata 🥋

Between organizing a roster with tremendous talent from around the world, securing top tier sponsorship prizes for the athletes, and fundraising $20,000 for the non-profit to be able to continue forward on the mission to provide free martial arts training to teens in NYC, Rich & Matt truly deserve their flowers 💐

To have built such an incredible community around an important cause, I truly am privileged to be a part of such a stellar team, and I am so excited for the upcoming months with all the things Harlem Free Fight has in the works! 👊🏻

Stay tuned for our new classes uptown coming 🔜

MAJOR Pride Month Announcement, DO I HAVE YOUR ATTENTION? 🌈🔊

The Gorilla & The Chimera will be hitting the ring together tomorrow evening at a historic @warriorscup_3pp fight card. FOUR Trans fighters are competing, and I am so honored to have to privilege to corner for this incredible fighter from Atlanta, Georgia heading into Pride weekend in NYC 🏳️‍🌈

A few days ago, Corissa reached out in need of assistance due to some last minute nonsense (bigotry), and it was a no brainer to say yes. We had an incredible session together working game plan & pads, being silly & having fun in the process, & she is ready for battle! 👊🏻

Pride was originally a riot & a fight for our rights, put forward on the backs of trans women at Stonewall, and this is a reminder that the fight continues, especially in 2025. Never forget, that there is no LGB without the T🏳️‍⚧️

*Shout out to @dripsweatny a local queer, Hispanic, woman owned gym that I have the opportunity to be a part of the community & teach kickboxing at for allowing us to use the space in preparation for tomorrow* 💗
