October’s Heart and Hunt is complete!

We love all of these moments. Getting them seated, mic’d up, the banter back and forth. The relationships we are building every session.

This month brought us to session three with our founding members, and it has been amazing seeing their progress and confidence they are building in front of the camera.

It was also a month of starting new members, and we are so excited for them to see them grow.

We are grateful for all of our members for taking the time to sit down and tell their story.

Three years ago we moved our entire studio into my parents’ garage. Overnight. 🏠

After 15 years in business, it was the first space we ever operated. A dream studio and a podcast space we built a whole business around. Then, at a moment’s notice, we had to leave it all behind. From 7PM to 6AM the crew showed up and carried every last piece out.

But we’ve been a documentary crew on location for over 18 years. Showing up where the story is, that’s how we’ve always worked. So we kept going, telling stories across the Valley in Phoenix, Scottsdale and Midtown four or five times a week.

Today we’re so hyped to share that Catedral Collective is partnering with @flexetc.us for a three month residency.

The question we’re asking: can a space really move a mission forward? We’re going to find out with more workshops, more creatives in one room, more collaboration, and more founders coming together through live podcasts and live experiences.

To everyone who carried boxes or kept believing in us, thank you. Come be part of this next chapter. Welcome to our new home.

She planned for 250 people. She sold 70.

And it turned out to be the best thing that could have happened to her event.

My business bestie @thehaleywestfall built a community for herself and her lifelong best friend first, started charging for it even when that felt scary, and then launched The Table on top of it.

But the part I really want you to hear is year one of her live event. She was unhinged confident she’d sell 250 tickets. Then the math ain’t mathing, she had no team, and she cried pretty much all of February.

70 people showed up. And the very thing she was most scared of, the size of the room, was the exact thing everyone ended up loving most.
