NORVIC KNIVES SANDWICH SHOWDOWN EPISODE 1 🥩

Right, let’s get this sandwich showdown started.

First up, steak sando.

Ciabatta absolutely battered with Selky Seaweed Garlic Butter, toasted up and finished with a load of sharp cheddar.

Then the roasted cherry tomatoes, Blackthorn Salt and Szechuan pepper.

24hr dry brined hanger steak from Gav at Yorkshire Craft Butchery, coated in Smoke & Flame Black Magic and cooked over fire until it had a cracking crust, still juicy as anything inside and sliced nice and thin.

Charred peppers, romaine lettuce and the whole lot shoved into that buttery, cheesy ciabatta.

And I’m not going to lie…

I absolutely fucking smashed this. 😂

Proper steak. Proper fire. Proper sandwich.

If this is episode one, the rest of you have got some work to do.

Come at me, bros.
