Throwback: Me as a Mommy! Thankful to do this one more last time ❣️❣️❣️❣️

Wishing I could help all the moms out there, save all the couples and somehow still have time for my own family and be rich 😅😂🫂

Last month I had the honor of being a panelist at Amazon to discuss their amazing virtual doula benefit with Maven Clinic and the importance of changing the narrative for Black Maternal Health 💕💕💕 It was such an amazing experience and I was excited my +1 was able to join the live audience.

Plus I’m posting this just in time to celebrate the 8th annual #BlackMaternalHealthWeek and the movement to change the state of #BlackMaternalHealth! Founded and led by the Black Mamas Matter Alliance, #BMHW25 is an exciting week of activism, awareness, and community-building.

I’ve been a doula for 10 years 😲

And wow how things have changed - I’ve gone from it hardly financially supporting me and only getting clients through an agency to it being my life’s work 🥰

Do you know what a doula is?

📌I'm not a @pizzahut fan but I must say that they have improved a bit. Got these 6 Medium pizzas and wings. Pizzas were good atleast better than what they used to be. They've increased the quantity of toppings and I'm loving it. Just the bad thing was that the sides were a bit burnt. Plus the size is small, looks like a personal pan pizza.
