I’m excited to bring Collective Poetry, Collective Care to the 2026 Imagining America Gathering in Davis, CA, on Sunday, October 25!

What happens when we stop thinking about care as an individual responsibility and begin imagining it as something we create together?

Through collective poetry and performance, we’ll explore the space between the care we hope for and the care we practice, asking how our words, stories, and creative communities can help us build more caring worlds.

Because poetry isn’t just about what we hope for. It’s about what we choose to create together.

Another beautiful day in the arts.🎭

Happy to have received the Arizona Arts Service Award for Student Services for 2025-2026 due to my time as the Recruiter for the College of Fine Arts. Very grateful for my students, my supervisor, and my nominators who made this happen. Very grateful I get to work with so many people supporting student success across the board.

I am joyous and grateful. ❤️

24 actors, 7 playwrights, 7 directors, 24 hours - Crazy! And yet, magical. “The Wake” by Adrian Cory won Most Moving Play. Just still buzzing from an incredible experience. Thank you @scoundrelandscamp @themattdenney @adecoryphotography So blessed to get randomly cast into a banger! He wrote an incredible 10-minute Irish dark comedy from 8pm-1:30am. By 8:30am the next day, we got our roles, pulled out the proper Irish and were off-book by 7pm 🙌 I won Most Masterful with Language 🥹❤️

Thank you to everyone who came out to some quality hit or miss theatre! 🎭 🫶

THE STORY BEHIND THE STORY.

For five days, Runaway existed somewhere between what was written on the page and what eventually made it to the screen.

Cameras rolled between takes. Jokes happened between setups. Scenes changed. Things went wrong. Things went right.

And somehow, it became the film we shared with all of you.

This is a little bit of what happened along the way.

One final reaction before opening night.

For the past few weeks, we’ve shared the words of some of the first people to experience Runaway.

Tomorrow, it’s your turn.

The road ends here.
