Fight night starts long before you step in the cage.
Strength. Conditioning. Explosiveness. Recovery.

Building these two up for what’s coming. 🥊
We are grateful these 2 guys trust us to be apart of the process. Let’s go! 👊🏼🔥

@trafay45 is fighting September 26th in Midland, Tx!

Every rep should answer a question: Why are we doing this, and how does it serve the athlete?

That question drives everything we do at PRIDE.

We don’t chase drills. We chase adaptation.
We don’t just build strength. We build movement, power and durability.

The program comes first. Exercises are simply tools.

In-season or off-season, we adjust the work to prepare athletes for what their sport demands next.
knowing when to push, when to develop, and when doing less actually produces more.

Because performance means very little without durability.

From youth athletes taking their first steps in development to collegiate and professional athletes refining their craft, our responsibility stays the same:

Build them. Protect them. Prepare them.

You can make the videos look good. You can make the workouts look hard.

But eventually, people have to trust you with what matters.

Year 3 with Odessa College Softball, and for the first time, they’ve committed to bringing the “Home Work” to the PRIDE.

That means more to us than anything.
Trust is earned slowly. Through consistency. Through preparation. Through caring more about the people in the room, than trying proving who we are outside of it.

We understand our role is small. We don’t swing the bat, make the play, or step between the lines. Our responsibility is simply to make sure that when they do, they’ve been prepared with purpose.

God gets the glory. The athletes get the stage.
We’re just grateful to be trusted with a small part of the journey.

Year 3. Let’s run it !!!!!

JUST BECAUSE YOU DO MORE DOESN’T MEAN YOU GET MORE.

One of the biggest mistakes we see during the season is athletes continuing to pile on more work without asking whether that work is actually helping them perform.
More fatigue is not always more progress.
That is exactly why we created Performance Reset.

This is not another workout. It is not designed to beat you up, exhaust you before a game, or compete with what your school coach is already asking you to do.

It is designed to fill the gap that most athletes are missing.

Mobility.
Soft tissue release.
Assisted stretching.
Activation.
Stability.
Joint preparation.
Recovery.
Intentional movement.

We want athletes to stay healthy, stay available, and keep performing as the season gets harder.
And for coaches, we want to be clear:

We are here to complement your program, not compete with it.

You coach the sport. You set the plan. Our job is to help your athletes handle that plan better by keeping their bodies moving, recovering, and ready to execute.

There are plenty of places willing to give athletes another hard workout.

We are creating something different.

A place to stretch, release, reactivate, stabilize, and recover with purpose.

Swipe through the slides to see exactly why we believe this matters before games, after games, and throughout the entire season.

If you are an athlete, parent, or coach who wants to learn more about Performance Reset, send us a DM.

Come experience the difference.

Train when it is time to train.
Recover when it is time to recover.
Be ready when it matters.

My first BJJ super fight in the books ✅
Hella grateful to come out with a W.

I knew I had a tough & worthy opponent who pushes the pace, knowing this I had to push myself to new levels at practice and also in my strength & conditioning. @eliteprideperformance

I had an amazing fight camp that was in preparation for about 5 weeks.
I’m nothing without my team @vagabond_bjj , I’m blessed to able to train with some amazing people who genuinely want to see you succeed.
My close friends & family. ❤️ Those people know who they are.

My sponsors, grateful to have these awesome people in my corner supporting what I do 🤞🏼🔥 : @soneu.online @houseoftiresodessa

Also HUGE thank you to @main_character_jiujitsu for having me on, would love to come back & perform again!! 👊🏼

This was an amazing experience for me & I’m looking forward to what’s next.

Highlight video coming soon 💪🏼
