This Weekend Was Definitely Needed!!!

I’ll just say the Virgo’s Groove Masterclass was insane 🤯 The Jazz Funk class with @zes_zoor was a challenge but I was determined to get that routine lol. And last @mo_jo_bromo Get Down #jamsession was full of flavors I can’t wait to bring back to class 💃🏽❤️

Here’s To All The Dancing, Laughing & New Friendships Built. Cheers To Last Weekend🥂

Happy Birthday Morgan 🎂🎊🎉

Who can help you believe you can leap buildings in a single bound? Who can switch up the energy in a room by tapping into your own beautiful vibes? Who roots for you till you root for yourself? Who knows kindness and inclusion and accessibility are superpower and isn’t afraid to use em?!

Thank you to every single zin featured here and not featured here who puts on their mesh before every single class and walks into the room, always leading with their heart. Y’all are my heroes. 💜⚡️💜

I think I just created a whole new choreography! 🤣😜 I don’t even know how you’re supposed to dance with this thong… it has a mind of its own and keeps trying to make its grand exit! 😂 Tag that friend who’s a total pro at dancing in this! 💃😜 #behavediane #zumbameme

Twenty-five years later, and I’m still a student.

Every Pro Skills Training reminds me there’s always something new to learn, improve, and bring back to my classes. That’s one of the things I love most about being a Zumba instructor—we never stop growing.😜 #behavediane #zumbameme #zumbalife #zumbainstructor

One Loudoun Zumba | Fitness on the Plaza.
I am grateful for the 6 unforgettable years building this amazing community that loves to dance and enjoy outdoors at the best plaza in Northern Virginia!

1st video: This is how we are today!
2nd video: This is how we started!

The community grew with our perseverance to give energetic fun to all ages.

I am coming on July 16 for a last dance together and to properly introduce you to the team who will continue our amazing community essence.

THURSDAY July 16 at 7 pm
@oneloudoun in front of the Alamo theater

Get your neighbors/ friends/ mom/ dad/ kids and let’s dance

Ever grateful for those who danced with me on stage and were my guest instructors.
