Hello 👋🏾, my name is Karolyn and this is LIT Dance Fitness. I love God and I love encouraging women to be all that God has called them to be. I’m a CPA by day and I teach Zumba by night.

My purpose is to spread joy and love wherever I go. I pray something I share here encourages you to be pursue your God given purpose unapologetically. Fun fact I’m naturally an introvert but as I grow in relationship with Christ He continues to give me the confidence to step more and more out of my comfort zone. He gives me the courage to be who He created me to be unapologetically.

He wants the same for you. You are fearfully and wonderfully made and God created you for a unique purpose. Walk in it! Let your light shine. And know that I love you but God loves you more!

Be sure to follow @thereallitdancefit for encouragement and tips to live out your faith daily and for updates on all things #zumba!

When me and @t_money_price get together you know there will be laughter and random outbursts. And of course when you came up on 80s and 90s dancehall THIS is the song you record with your friend after jamming with THE @zjcaressa and THE @sheilagenao_

This song took me back to the house parties whining on my soon to be baby daddy and husband 😂😂😂

Needless to say I had a great weekend! by @thereallitdancefit

One thing I know is God got me so no matter how things look I know for myself what Uncle Kirk is talking about. In the end we gonna be fine might not feel good in the middle. Might not even look like it right now but I know without a shadow of doubt that God is working everything for my good. by @thereallitdancefit
