Missed my first gig? No problem! I recorded it, and it’ll be available to stream later this month.

The gig almost didn’t happen. There was a huge storm about half an hour before I was meant to play. Sappho bar is mostly outside, so the thunderstorm made everything a little tricky. The laneway to access the courtyard was flooded, for example.

The inclement weather eased but didn’t let up entirely, so there’s the steady patter of rain throughout the recording, as well as the clinking of glasses, some dropped cutlery, the occasional distant rumble of thunder, and of course me fumbling around with a bunch of new songs. Very grateful to the devoted few who joined me for a damp night of singing in the spring rain.

The 10 track set has five originals, five covers, and plenty of imperfections, and will be streaming from 30 October. Big thanks to my mum for the artwork x

We’re SO excited to announce our very first event, Sapphoween! This will be the first installation of our recurring event Sappho Social, taking over the gorgeous @sapphobooks this 25 October. 👻🎃👩‍❤️‍💋‍👩✨

Sappho Social is a new social night for sapphics, lesbians, queer and FLINTA+ folks to enjoy a relaxed night out, meet some new pals, and generally get amongst the revelry.

From 5-10pm the bar will be serving drinks and tapas, plus we’ll have a lolly bar for a little trick-or-treating, because obviously adults deserve Halloween treats too. 👻

Costumes are encouraged but not required!

Ticket link in bio! Very limited capacity 🙈

last Friday I had the wonderful privilege of jumping on stage with @dr3w.mp3 at his gig, “Drew and Friends”! What do you think of my song? It’ll be coming out before the end of the year. Thank you to Drew. He had so many cool people that I met at his gig. I’m really enjoying more live music and just the in person experience.
