For four years, o jardim has been a home to people at life’s turning points: the endings, the in-betweens, the scary and tender beginnings.

This June, we’re offering our next 6-day journey, shaped from a proven framework that is grounded in both the theory and practice of lasting change:
ground → orient → listen → release → become → integrate

Each day carries its own rhythm. We draw on movement, meditation, storytelling, silence, systemic constellations, coaching. And, of course, other things that matter just as much: conversations by the fire, time among trees, a swim in the sea.

By the end of the week, something shifts. Not because we pushed it, but because you finally had the space for it.

Facilitated by Anna and Pelin. Hosted by Valerie.

Designed for people at a threshold.

Life moves in seasons.

“In Transition” is our signature retreat for those standing at a threshold. Moments when clarity is needed instead of urgency. Spaces where movement is desired, but not forced.
