YOUR STEPS CAN INSPIRE SOMEONE ELSE’S FIRST STEP.

Sometimes the most powerful thing you can do is simply start.

When Jacksonville moves together, we create conversations about Type 2 diabetes, inspire healthier choices and show others that they don't have to make changes alone.

Your first step could inspire a friend, coworker, parent, child or neighbor to take theirs.

September, you were GOOD to me.

A month filled with family, laughter, good food, movement, memories and a whole lot of gratitude.

Myrtle Beach with the family.
Walk & HIIT celebrating 2 years. 🫶🏽
Pizza at Rodrigo’s. 🍕
Ice cream at Ben & Jerry’s. 🍦
Launching my very first 2-Week Step Challenge and watching so many of us show up for ourselves.

And as a result of this, 50 LBS OFFICIALLY DOWN! 🙌🏽

50 lbs represents so much more than a number. It represents consistency, discipline, choosing myself, & continuing even on the days I didn’t feel like it. I’m proud of the woman who decided to keep going. ❤️

“Success is the sum of small efforts, repeated day in and day out.”

Here’s to October… still walking, still growing, still becoming. ✨🥂

2 years of Walk & HIIT! 🥹👟☀️

And of course, we had to celebrate the women behind it all @iamjolisa @thisisjosalyn—my sisters/friends who created a space where movement, community, encouragement, and FUN can all coexist. 🤎

We walked, HIIT-ed, laughed, cheered, and celebrated their birthdays too! 🎂🥳

I’m so grateful for spaces that remind us that wellness can be fun, filled with freedom and safe spaces. Sometimes self-care looks like moving your body, being outside, laughing with your people, and celebrating their wins right alongside your own.

Cheers to 2 years of Walk & HIIT and to many more! 🥂✨ Follow @bodyprecepts @walkandhiit

Tag your wellness bestie that you’re bringing with you to the next @walkandhiit 😝🔥💕
