Just jokes… We are for everyone. At BodyProject Run Club EVERYONE wants EVERYONE to succeed in their goals whether that’s to lose a few kilos through taking up running or to run a marathon! If you want to join a run club where everyone is a cheerleader as much as they are a runner then we will see you Wednesday at 6pm. Link in bio to join our Strava group! Any questions please drop them in the comments below 👇🏼

Tim Colledge

Personal Trainer and BodyProject head coach. In 2012 I started personal training my clients in small groups which has evolved into what BodyProject is today. I love SGPT and believe it is more effective at getting results from clients than one on one personal training.

If you don’t believe me come and give us a try!

Tim

Georgia Roberts

Personal Trainer, BodyProject Coach and Gym Manager at BodyProject.

I started personal training in 2019 before joining BodyProject when the studio first opened five years ago. Since then, I’ve loved being part of its growth and helping build the amazing community we have today.

I’m a big believer in small group personal training and love seeing people get stronger, fitter and more confident, all whilst having fun along the way!

Come and see what we’re all about!

Andy Brentley

BodyProject Kids’ Fitness Coach

As a former teacher and passionate youth fitness coach, I believe that getting kids active is an essential component of their physical and emotional growth. Much more than just exercise, BodyProject Kids has been developed to help children build strength, confidence and friendships through fun, challenging group workouts starting a lifelong habit based on their love of being active from a young age.

Come give our kids and family sessions a try!

Sam

I’m the newest addition to the BodyProject coaching team!

I’ve been coaching for 6 years. I started out mainly with 1-on-1 PT, but over time I found myself drawn more towards group training. I enjoy the energy, support and accountability that come with training alongside other people, as well as the extra push when you need it.

I love being part of the BodyProject community and helping people get fit and strong in the small group PT setting!
