Some days, all you need is a change of energy.

A little movement, a good playlist, familiar faces and 45 minutes to get out of your head and back into your body.

Whatever kind of day you’re having, there’s always space for you at Evolv.

Come as you are. Leave feeling a little more like yourself.

Move. Sweat. Evolv. 🤎

Some appointments are worth keeping.

45 minutes to move, switch off from everything else and do something just for you.

Not every workout needs to be your best. Sometimes just showing up is enough.

Make time for you.

Move, sweat, Evolv.

At Evolv, our instructors are here for more than just the movement. 🤍

They’re here to support your physical, mental and emotional wellbeing — guiding your body, nurturing your mind and creating space for your spirit to feel good, too.

Expert-led instruction is about understanding the why behind every movement, offering guidance on technique, helping you find the right modifications for your body, and ensuring you get the most from every session. Because movement should meet you where you are, not where you think you should be.

But it’s also about the human connection. The encouragement when you need it, the reassurance when something feels challenging, and the feeling of being welcomed exactly as you are.

Whether you come to build strength, find balance, release stress or simply take some much-needed time for yourself, our instructors are here to help you move with intention, build confidence and reconnect with yourself.

Because at Evolv, we believe wellbeing is about the whole person — the movement, the mind, the heart and the spirit. ✨

Come as you are. Move at your pace. Leave feeling supported.

Move, sweat, Evolv. 🤍

Three months left. 🤍

Instead of finding reasons why you can’t, choose to find reasons why you can.

You don’t need to wait for January, a Monday, or the “perfect” time to start showing up for yourself.

Let these final months of the year be about you — your movement, your mindset, your energy and your wellbeing.

Commit to giving yourself the love, care and attention you deserve. Not because you need to change, but because you’re worth investing in.

There’s still so much time left to move, grow and feel good.

Make these last three months of 2026 count. ✨

Move. Sweat. Evolv.

A little slice of Ibiza we can’t wait to return to ☀️

Welcome to @canbibiibiza where understated luxury meets bohemian charm, and the beauty of Ibiza speaks for itself.

Slow mornings overlooking the Mediterranean, long lunches that turn into afternoons, barefoot moments by the rooftop pool and sunsets that never quite feel real.

A place that captures everything we love about escaping. The freedom to slow down, reconnect with nature, move with intention and simply enjoy being somewhere beautiful.

For us, an Evolv Escape has always been about more than movement. It’s the places we discover, the culture we experience, the connections we make and the moments in between.

And this is where we’ll be making more memories in 2027.

Tomorrow, bookings open exclusively to our priority access list, exclusive priority booking to your room options, priority discount and payment options

If you haven’t joined yet, there’s still time. Head to our Stories and follow the link to register for first access.

Ibiza, we’re coming back. 🤍

Rooftop sundowners for @evolvescapes ending their 5 day Ibiza retreat on a high!

We took them on a sensory journey with 4 signature cocktails crafted for the occasion ⤵️

Starting with a welcome Ibiza spritz using fresh peaches, handpicked wild rosemary, local White Vermouth & Cava.

Followed with the soothing Golden Antidote with Gin, cold pressed ginger, chamomile tea, honey & kombucha.

Post BBQ dinner by @nourishibiza where we served our Adaptogenic Espresso.

Finished with the seasonal inspired Pomarita — Tequila, cold pressed pomegranate, coconut water, hibiscus & lime 🌺

Thank you for having us @tina.evolvescapes @jess.evolv 💫

Ibiza, part one 🤍 @evolvescapes

How has it already been a week since we left 🥹 still not quite over this one… and far too many beautiful memories to share in one post.

Early mornings, late dinners, moving, laughing, carrying watermelons, villa steps 😂 and all the little bits in between.

Very grateful we get to do this. And even more grateful for the people we get to do it with 🤍

And to everyone who added their own little touch to make this escape what it was — thank you 💫

Ibiza, you were special.
2027… shall we do it all over again? 👀
