One day I decided to cut the ends off a Tgrip Bar, welded mounting brackets to ends and bolted it to a rack. Now we sell them individually as a universal fit for most other brands of racks. Every angle and hand placement is ergonomically dialed in for painless motion with maximum range. 💪🏼 #tgrip #50nShredded #strengthtraining #homegym #pullup #fitness #training #calisthenics #tgripbarbell #musclebuilding #fitover50 #gymtime #garagegym #backworkout #patented #barbell #fitlife

"The Excuse Breaker Pulley System" Breakin the monotony and gym surroundings wit some Hillbilly Yard Trainin. I hook a Tgrip bar onto anything that rolls up n down wit resistance, love all the simple cable / pulley set up's commonly available these days. With a single pulley i run bands over the weights to stabilize sway n swing following my sloppy form. Yes i agree slow n controlled is the ideal solution but following my own rules breaks my boredom. I know nobody reads this shit especially down this far but by chance if your still here, i call this set up the excuse breaker because if your on a budget you can easily put together a simple cable and pulley set up inexpensively with hardware from Home Depot. Or if your looking for a decent set up we carry a cable / pulley set now bundled with a Tgrip Maxx handle, triceps rope, a strait handle attachment and accessories. DM me for more info!

Connected this tgrip bar to a Dual Adjustable Pulley, @burnfitnessrbny
It was on point with every movement. This bar im using isn't the actual shorty bar. It's the club strength bar that takes the standard weights. It will work great with either bar. They are both light between 10 and 12 pounds. In the production line to make this bar an attachment. Same bar with out ends for weights, it will have a swivel eye on each end and a rotating center for a single connection. We have the shorty bars in stock come get one! Dm direct for a discount code. 💪🏼

Been bored for months using resistance bands getting through post shoulder surgeries. It didnt mattter how many i loaded up the resistance is just lame along with zero strength gains. Now i get annoyed seeing bands with lbs indicated as the resistance level on them. Dont get me wrong they got me through the rehab and bands have good purpose but my opinion only actual weight should be measured in pounds! 💪🏼
if you have a tgrip shorty give it a run as a cable attachment! 🔥💪🏼 "No More Bands Billy" @spp116
