Had allot of dads like this on my story so had to post it to my page. All joking aside and no disrespect intended to anyone. A father who is present gives his daughter something the world can never replace: the confidence to know her own worth. #keepheroffthepole #protectourgirls #learnmuaythai by @tmftz

☝🏼Fact checked this one myself manually ✔️ Over the past couple of months I’ve had two bicycle crashes, one I got hit by a car and the other I avoided running over my friends dog crashed n flipped over the handle bars my chin hitting the street first. Still licking my wombs and will be for a while but at the end of it I was lucky, it could have been much worse!, realizing much worse if resistance training wasn’t something I’ve always done. Seeing this post as I’m dealing with my injuries what she states solidifies it for me. Always annoys me when I hear people saying “I don’t want to lift weights cause I don’t wanna get big” that myth seriously needs major debunking. Fact: weights don’t get you big! What gets you big is what you choose to lift up and shove in your mouth! That’s a fact, look it up! I believe Resistance training gives us Body Armor! 💪🏼so go lift something up heavy and put it back down than repeat….🔥💪🏼 @tgrip 😎💪🏼#tgrip #fitness #resistance #fitover50 @drgabriellelyon by @tmftz

You came into our lives and brought so much happiness and left us with a lifetime of memories. You passed a week ago today and still can’t believe your gone so soon. My boy you earned the title of “Man’s Best Friend” the loyalty and protection you had for ur family since your first and last breathe is unexplainable in words. You are forever in our hearts 😔💔

My big bro didn’t teach me how to throw a perfect spiral or swing a bat. He taught me how to turn wrenches, build shit, create shit and bang gears...#grateful #anythingwithamotor #nobrakes #motorheads #southholbrook #harleydavidson #streetglide #brigesandstratton by @tmftz
