Joy & happiness. That is the whole point.

Shout out to @newbalancerunning for putting on such an EPIC event last Friday at the Lincoln park zoo! Twas a gorgeous night bringing together various teams of 10, all dividing and conquering a 10k loop AROUND THE ANIMALS! 🦏. That surely wasn’t on my 2026 bucket list but a time was had! ✨

2.5 months of getting back into my pre-motherhood interests (in no particular order) 💪🏽🥊💃🏽🏒

Life with our sweet little bean has been an absolute dream. Looking back on this season with so much grace, kind eyes, and gratitude for my progress so far 🥹 and a constant reminder to myself that I literally pushed out the most amazing little baby ever just a couple of months ago 😂❤️‍🔥

Living for these moments with my Seattle @lululemon ambassador team and the amazing people who support and make all of this happen. @audreysuttonmills helped remind us to slow down, enjoy where we’re at, and that we’re here for a reason 🙏
Thank you @annie.m.cavanagh and @paosanchez for your magic as always✨

@lululemon Seattle Q3 Ambassador Gathering was truly so magical 🤩

@audreysuttonmills led us through a restful breathing & grounding practice 😇

We got to spend time connecting with each other & enjoying community 🫶

Then we enjoyed a beautiful dinner 📍@seattleasainart catered by @shoobydoocatering 😍

We also walked away with some amazing @lululemon goodies & merch 🙌 Dusty Diamond crew ftw 💎💙

Thank you so much @annie.m.cavanagh & all the lululemon Seattle store teams for putting together a wonderful experience for us 🥰

2026 has been so incredible with @lululemon & I can’t wait to share some more exciting things that are happening this Q4 🤗

As we approach World Mental Health Day this quarterly @lululemon Ambassador gathering was a great reminder to go inward, shed negative messages that we tell ourselves and support your people on their wellness journey. I got to experience joy, laughter, gratitude and genuine connections with my fellow Ambassadors. Thanks @audreysuttonmills and @annie.m.cavanagh for a lovely experience. @paosanchez thanks for turning great memories into beautiful images! @charmaine.yabut and @juliapowley thanks for your pics too!

Q3 @lululemon Ambassador Experience. A magical evening at the museum.

What a dream it was to learn more about ourselves, in this beautiful space, with these incredible humans.

I always leave these experiences lighter, brighter, inspired, and full of gratitude.

Thank you @audreysuttonmills for guiding us through our practice, lululemon for being so invested in community, and @annie.m.cavanagh for creating yet another unforgettable experience.

This was just the reset my heart needed after a very difficult week- and to prepare my mindset for my event this week (Pumpkin Spice Run) and New-freakin-York! 🤯🧡

Big scary dreams getting conquered ahead! Let’s do this! 💙🧡
