I’m truly honored to share that I’ve been selected as a 2026 ASICS Sound Mind, Sound Body Ambassador 🧠🏃🏽‍♂️

Running and movement have taken me places I never could’ve imagined! They’ve shaped how I show up as a coach, how I support my community, and how I continue growing every single day.

I’m excited to share more about why I’ve chosen to run my miles with ASICS and to continue building meaningful experiences through movement.

Our first Hyrox Anaheim was a blast!!!
First and foremost I'm very proud of my wife Caeli and myself for knocking out another race together!

It was every bit of challenge we were looking for and felt like a true celebration of how we like to move our bodies.

We're already planning on how we'll improve in the next one(no 7 minute penalty next time😡) but for now we celebrate this victory.

Once again, all of the support we received was incredible!!

Every time I connect with this group, I leave feeling empowered and inspired. We're surrounded by so many strong leaders who genuinely cheer each other on and it's a space I'm learning to allow myself to enjoy and appreciate.

This time, we came together at the Seattle Asian Art Museum for a day of connection, reflection and creating space for ourselves.

@audreysuttonmills took us through a very thoughtful practice of recognizing and releasing the barriers we place on ourselves that keep us from growing. I appreciate moments like this because I don't often make time to meditate or reflect, but I love a wholesome experience that gives me the opportunity to do so. I learn a little more about myself each time.

A huge thank you to @annie.m.cavanagh for bringing us all together and making this experience possible, to Audrey for guiding us through it and to @paosanchez for capturing these moments so beautifully.

Grateful for this community. 🤍

The Fall Marathon Festival was a hit!

Huge thank you to @1hotel.seattle for collaborating with us and giving us a home for an incredible morning.
And a huge thank you to @newbalance for continuing to support CSRD and the community we’re building.
We had runners from all over Seattle join us to share some miles and race dreams. From local races to marathons around the world, it was great seeing what everyone is training for and what’s coming next.

This is what CSRD is about; a club that runs together no matter the pace no matter the face, we celebrate the goals we’re all chasing.
Thank you to everyone who showed up and brought the energy.
Best of luck with your races this Fall and we'll see you at the next one!

This was a special weekend.
Second half marathon. Sub-1:50. New PR.
I’m proud of the result, but what will stay with me the most has nothing to do with the clock.
It was the people!

Connecting with so many of you, familiar faces and new ones, reminded me why I love this. The energy, the stories, the joy… you could feel it everywhere.
Moments like this are bigger than the race itself.
Grateful doesn’t even begin to cover it.

Shoutout to my wife @caelimae for the endless love and support all weekend. To coach @nancetaller for pushing me into a place I’ve never reached on my own. To @blacksub3 and @run_csrd for keeping my motivation maxed out. To the @asicsrunning ambassadors, it’s always special when we cross paths out there. And to my mates @arialeeceknight and @theclarkroberts for always bringing that competitive edge.
