Three chefs. Three fish. Countless expert tips🐟

Guests recently joined Fish Sommelier @andrejcooksfish and MasterChef: The Professionals winner @tom_hamblet for an immersive fish masterclass at Season Cookery School.

Hands-on cooking, expert demonstrations, industry insights and plenty of exceptional dishes along the way. A day dedicated to learning from the very best.

What a day in the kitchen it was!

Give this post a like if you’d happily swap your desk for a chefs apron in one of our classes.

What a blast when @exclusive_uk took over this years @thecaterermag Cateys . So many highlights but the photos of our @chefsacademy_exclusive team with industry icon @raymondblanc and the standing ovation our team received when they walked out on stage was incredible . The entire team lead by @connell_david from the branding the sensory elements and the incredible food all done with British only products which required bravery and thinking outside the box . Our charity partners Prept raising over £14000 and making so many new contacts . All of the unsung hero’s on preparation set up and de rigging. What a team . #cateys2026 #cheflife #Hospitalitycareer #sustainableevents #bcorp

Always the best time of year after two incredible years of learning on our award winning chefs academy do a final cook off before they graduate. It’s inspiring to see how much they have learned and grown over those two years and far they can all go in the industry. #chefs #chefsacademy #hospitalityjobs #michelin #cheflearning

📺 Tune into BBC South Today tonight at 18:30 Field‑to‑Fork with MasterChef’s Luke Emmess 👨‍🍳

Our allotment turned into an open‑air kitchen as Luke Emmess, MasterChef finalist, spent the morning cooking a three‑course meal with our pupils, joined by Hampshire Fayre and Portsmouth Food Guide.

The children harvested the ingredients themselves and worked alongside Luke to prep, each dish.

They tasted:
• Lovage soup -bright, green and straight from the beds they picked
• Sausage ragù - rich, hearty and using our Wicor Jack sausage
• Strawberry shortbread - the perfect sweet finish, proudly grown in our allotment beds.

A day of flavour, teamwork and allotment magic. Community food at its best. #bbcsouthtoday #masterchefuk #kidswhocook #schoolcooking #foodeducation @chef_emmess @hampshire_fare @portsmouthfoodguide @iowtomatoes @bbchampshire @gardenersworldtv @masterchefuk @jamieoliver @newforestfruit @rhs_learning @hampshirengs
