It was amazing to have @tom_hamblet as our Tunnel Club Guest Chef for the match against Chelsea F.C.

An evening of great food, football and hospitality.

It was also great to work and catch up with Tom again, having previously worked together at @south_lodge earlier in our careers.

It's dessert time in The Avenue.

Flaky, buttery puff pastry layered with silky miso and vanilla cream, bright yuzu, fig leaf, and a bold blackberry and pastis sorbet – a dish that’s as indulgent and delicious as it sounds.
