Time is flyyyying and we are just 6 weeks out from @ottawaracewknd where I’ll be running the Ottawa 10K presented by Otto’s Ottawa!

I’m mixing up my training routine and even trying to incorporate some track sessions with my pals at @trackstarzto to help with some speed. I notoriously only have one pace, so will be fun to try something new!

And we’re just 2.5 weeks out from @ottawaracewknd and as luck should have it, I’ve been sidelined with a brutal cold for the past week. Here’s hoping all this rest will prove helpful for race day! Resting well to soak up all the epic vibes!

always love running through graffiti alley because no matter how many times I visit through here, there’s always something new.

I tried to do a highlight of 10 moments with my @on fam this year but really, we did so much that 10 spots doesn’t nearly convey all the things. But nevertheless, here’s some fun moments from my ambassadorship this year! Applications are now open for next year so DM me any questions!

IWD Art Run 2023

Yay! What’s day! Was super excited to join @yo_mk and @melissad_rmt in planning and executing a community run focusing on art created by women and landmarks of historical significance.

We had a lot of ideas and it was amazing to have it come to life this weekend. We toured beautiful murals, public art and some temporary installations. Lots of runners joined us and it was so fun to see so many familiar and new faces come out! Thank you to everyone that helped make this happen!✨✨✨

On Sunday a group of @parkdaleroadrunners route support crew ventured off the beaten path for a jaunt in some Oakville trails. The rain did not hold off but we had a festive time nevertheless. #alwaysonthemooooove

The @on_running ambassador team has expanded in Ontario and on Friday a group of us had the chance to get together for a run and snacks! Whole team not pictured, but it was fab to meet everyone in person and think about an exciting year ahead!

We also got a first hand look at the new #Cloudrunner shoe! (See slide 3) This is a very cushy and supportive show which is very much my jam!
