Halifax hills! Back in May I ran the half-marathon at @bnmarathon in Halifax and enjoyed a fabulous time away on the east coast. Indulged in seafood often, paid a visit to Polly’s cove for the first time and found some thrifty gems along the way. Was super fun to share race adventures with @thebreakfastclubtoronto and @runtobeer pals out in the east coast. The course was indeed hilly but also stunning! taken in Halifax, Nova Scotia by @tomatotown

Thanks to the fine folks at @sundaypace_ I had the chance to participate in the inaugural Bakery Run where 100 runners ran a half-marathon stopping at 9 different bakeries for treats! Some were savoury and some were sweet and the rain couldn’t dampen our spirits for this fun day!

Annual St.Patrick’s Day Race with all my Off pals reuniting for festive times! This race has the best vibes! Love seeing all the Irish festive attire, decorations and music. Love that this race brings people of all abilities together. The weather is always unpredictable and the course has a bit of a hill but overall 10/10 experience, highly recommend!

Birthday weekend in the County recap!

Had a lovely time bopping around town with my green balloon with lovely pals exploring old and new spots around the county.

January has been weird and long and short at the same time. I feel that nothing really happened but the time still passed. Never-ending winter bringing relentless snow and rain. Thankful for moments and pals that brighten the winters days.

It can’t always be sunny! Last Sunday, our crew dodged puddles, and pockets of rain to arrive at @somethinginthewaterto where we were greeting with delicious brews. The friendly staff @ghosttaco whipped up an amazing assortment of tacos and guac for runners eager to get a bite. Pints were flowing and the Pancake Bay Brunch stout was the beer of choice runners warming up!

Karolina @tomatotown moves through the city like it’s a living gallery. She’ll pause to admire a mural, stop mid-conversation to point out a sculpture, then fall right back into stride with the crew @thebreakfastclubtoronto

Art slows her down. Running lifts her up. Maybe that’s why she feels so present — fully awake to the small things most people pass by.

Some people run for pace. She runs for connection. And somehow she makes everyone around her feel part of something warm.”

Spent a lovely Sunday in the trails thanks to @dont_mess_with_the_don and their fabulous FREE race. It was well marked and super supported by the friendliest volunteers, I had a wonderful time taking in all the gorgeous fall colours. And then there was a wee community BBQ at the end with fellow racers, simply the best!
