What an incredible season it has been, and we have two big shows remaining!

For those who have some time this weekend, come along and support our athletes in Victoria! Bring your friends, celebrate the hard work these athletes have put in, and be part of our incredible bodybuilding community.

Our Nationals & Pro Show is shaping up to be an incredible finale, with athletes travelling from across Australia to compete, alongside an outstanding lineup of Pro athletes ready to take the stage.

THIS SHOW WAS FOR ME. 🥹🏆

This was my comeback from being completely broken. My chance to stand on that stage again and show the world the pieces I glued back together.

I’ve never shared much about what I went through, but two years ago, I was in the darkest chapter of my life, healing from wounds inflicted by others and trying to rebuild a life where I barely recognised myself.

To my coach Tom, you were there for me at my absolute lowest. You helped me rebuild, and you supported me through so much more than just a prep. Words can’t express how grateful I am for you.

And to my posing coach Sam, thank you for being such an incredible inspiration and for being part of this journey. I genuinely couldn’t have done it without you both.

This prep wasn’t easy. I was sick for almost two months, and I had to make the decision to either continue or pull out. But I’ve never been someone who gives up when life gets hard. So why would I start now?

So you know I kept going.

And, I placed 8TH IN THE WORLD. 🥹

When I think about where I was two years ago compared to where I am now, I’m genuinely speechless. I’ve rebuilt my life, my confidence, my business and myself. I’m living a life I once cried and prayed for.

To go from that version of me to standing on a world stage, doing something I truly love, is something I will never take for granted.

This was never just about a placing. It was about proving to myself that what happened to me didn’t get to define how my story ended.

I rebuilt myself. I came back. And I did it on my own terms.

FMG Worlds, you were the most incredible experience of my life. A core memory I will carry in my heart forever.

THIS IS JUST THE BEGINNING.

We’ve done the hard part. Now we FULL SEND. 🔥🏆

It’s hard to put into words the impact @jack__debnam has had on me. I went from someone who was at times too anxious to go to the gym, to now being able to step on stage in underwear... a decent achievement in itself.

Jack, the amount of time you’ve given me, whether to teach me, mentor me or just be my mate and give me advice, is something I’ll never take for granted. It’s made me a better human, athlete and coach.

You set the standard when it comes to coaching. I don’t think you see many with the amount of passion you have for the sport and your athletes, and that’s clear to see in the results and the relationship you have with each of them.

That’s why this FMG pro card is just as much yours as it is mine. I would never have been in this position if it wasn’t for you. I’m very grateful for the relationship we’ve built and proud to call you one of my best mates. 💜

3 YEARS. 👀

Right: this prep.

And this is exactly why I’m such a big advocate for taking time away from the stage.

You don’t need to compete every season. Sometimes you need to step away, put your head down, eat, train, recover and actually BUILD.

We took 3 years to do just that.

Not chasing the next show.Just focusing on becoming a better athlete and building a physique that was genuinely different from the one I brought to the stage last time.

And this is why I speak so strongly about the process because I don’t just preach it, I follow through with it.

I’ve always said I want my actions to speak louder than my words, and I think this comparison says more than I ever could.

This is your indication that it takes years.
