It’s not hard to be a good human or friend when you have things going on in your life.

Whatever you face during your day, the person next to you in the gym, driving slow in front of you or serving your at the grocery store has no idea your tired , hungry or in contest prep.

The biggest things you can do to turn things around is be a good person.

Constantly we are setting tasks each day to
Hit our steps.
Eat your macros.
Get 8 hrs sleep.

But one things that’s neglected is do good things for someone and create a BETTER environment.
If you do this daily or even weekly I guarantee you that you will become much more happier and find everything you do more enjoyable.

TWO SHOWS LEFT TO CLOSE OUT OUR 2026 SEASON! 🔥

What an incredible season it has been, and we have two big shows remaining!

🏆 17 OCTOBER – ANB VICTORIAN STATE TITLES & PRO QUALIFIER

🏆 24 OCTOBER – ANB NATIONALS & PRO SHOW | SYDNEY

For those who have some time this weekend, come along and support our athletes in Victoria! Bring your friends, celebrate the hard work these athletes have put in, and be part of our incredible bodybuilding community.

Our Nationals & Pro Show is shaping up to be an incredible finale, with athletes travelling from across Australia to compete, alongside an outstanding lineup of Pro athletes ready to take the stage.

There’s something special that ANB builds behind the scenes—a sense of belonging for the athletes and coaches who come along to our shows.

We’re all human. We all want to feel welcome, supported and part of something. That starts with a team who share a love for this sport, leave their egos at the door and show up wanting the best for our community.

Our team works tirelessly in the background to create that space and deliver a day everyone remembers. The care you give, the way you welcome people and the effort you put into every detail make a difference.

To our promoters, our head judge who travels to every show, our judging panels, backstage marshals, media teams, front door staff, tanners, and hair and makeup teams—this post is for you. 💙

You are a vital part of our community. Your time, passion and commitment bring these days together and help our athletes feel supported from the moment they arrive.

Thank you for everything you do, including all the work people never see. We’re grateful to have a team who live and breathe the same passion and care so deeply about the people in this sport.

This look we’ve worked on for the past 12 months was something special.

Watching her absolutely bust her ass in the gym week after week, constantly trying to maximise every movement, improve execution and get more out of herself was awesome to watch.

She did exactly what we needed her to do throughout the entire offseason, and for her first growth phase as a pro, she left no stone unturned.

Like everyone, there is always a ton of things to overcome, both mentally and physically, but she never used any of that as an excuse.
Tay literally just keeps showing up, does the work and keeps trusting what we were doing.

After this show we’re in an amazing position to continue the season!

From this look and her biofeedback over the last 4 weeks leading into NZ, we’ve still got plenty of room to move. She feels great, she’s responding really well and we’re still able to make small changes and get a big response when we need to.

Her ability to hold fullness this year is a massive testament to how she trains and the quality of muscle she’s built.

From a cardio perspective, we’ve also been able to keep it decently low.
Not because she can’t do more, but because she understands what TRUE hard work actually looks like, and when you do it right, you don’t need a ton of it.

With training, it’s never been something we’ve tried to make easier or more convenient.
It’s been one of the biggest drivers of this entire look, so we kept it the same.

She attacks every session, tries to maximise every movement and understands that what you do in the offseason is what gives you the improvements to the stage.

She’s an athlete who works her ass off, responds extremely well and still strives to be better than yesterday.
And with that work ethic and approach, I genuinely believe anything is possible from here.

Behind every ANB show is a team working tirelessly to create the experience for our athletes.

From our promoters and judges who uphold the integrity of the sport, to our backstage marshals keeping everything running smoothly behind the curtain.

Our MC and DJ who bring the energy to the stage, and our videographers and photographers capturing every moment of the athletes’ journey.

To the venue teams, front door staff, volunteers, HMU, BSM , tanners and media team our spectators who support the atmosphere that makes each event so special.

Every person plays a role in making ANB what it is.

Natural bodybuilding is not built by one person — it is built by a community.
