So lovely to meet another art tribe member! Thank you Sheila for taking the time to come to my show - it was great to meet you and talk art for a while.

At the end of last September, I made the decision to join @georginanoeleft and 2 other women artists in a 6-month business mastermind called the Pride.

Today was our last day together and it feels so bittersweet.

There are no words to explain how much I’ve grown, and how much I am moving towards living my dream. This time spent with these incredible women has been so special. ❤️

Working with Georgina has been life-changing. If you have never encountered her work before, please go check her out ⚡️🖤⚡️

I’ve spent the last 5 months working with these lovely ladies in a business container called The Pride. We’ve held and witnessed each other through so many things, and we finally got to meet in person for the first time on our retreat this week.

It was nothing short of magical. 🖤

Sipping coffee and contemplating yesterday and what’s yet to come today on Day 2 of The Pride Retreat.

Yesterday we spent the morning in deep conversation and finished up with some laser focused clearing work.

It was deep, playful, fun and emotional.

I never cease to feel honoured that powerful women, the ones who hold everything together, (the ones who likely help hold everyone else together) are able to soften and relax enough in my spaces that they can feel, be witnessed and release things that have haunted and held them captive for decades.

It is remarkable.

After the releases and the euphoria of lightness that follows…

Surprise Number 1: I whisked them away to my favourite spa for delicious massages, pool lounging and jacuzzi bubbling!

To laugh, play, hold space with these women is such a joy.

I can’t wait for Day 2 to begin… Another surprise on the cards today and not sure they’ll find this one as relaxing, but… With these women, we can turn anything into cackling shenanigans 😆

Watch this space…

And if you crave a space like this, DM me THE PRIDE and join us on the next retreat in September.

Last month I was selected as a Member Spotlight for @louisefletcher_art Art Tribe. As part of this, I spent an insightful and inspiring hour on Zoom with @traycitompkins discussing my 30-day drawing challenge I did in November 2025, which I did entirely in Procreate. This conversation was to support an Introduction to Procreate course led by @artbylizross

We spoke about the power of showing up consistently and how daily practice reshaped my confidence and creative discipline. Committing to draw every day pushed me to stop overthinking and start trusting my instincts - to draw first, refine later, and allow momentum to lead.

Working digitally has been a turning point. Procreate has made me braver. Layers, colour experimentation, composition shifts, and the freedom of undo remove the fear of making mistakes. That freedom creates space to explore, take risks, and follow ideas without hesitation. It has opened new directions in my work that I may never have discovered otherwise.

A huge thank you to @traycitompkins for selecting me and for such a thoughtful conversation.

No frills Monday, or 'the messy middle' (thank you @louisefletcher_art). Honestly, I've not loved anything I've done as much as these 2 for ages. And it's because I've really embraced letting go. Yesterday, I wrote some words that spoke of what I want these new paintings to be about
BOLD, NOT FIDDLY
ENERGY
PAINTERLY
PAINTING WITH COLLAGE
COLOUR
CONTRAST
LANDSCAPE LAYERS
MY OWN SPECIAL CONSTRUCTED LANDSCAPE
I've been working with all the elements here for a while on small things, but it's all been waiting for me to be a bit braver!
Let's see where they go, but feels good so far!
