If you are short on time pick up a pair of dumbbells (moderate weight, not heavy) Set a timer for five minutes. Deadlift, Curl, Press. That's it. You will be excited to put the weights down, and will also feel energized. #vitalitylife #increaseenergy #circulationboost #centering

This is my most palatable and dynamic program yet. It is basic strength training combined with a powerful standing meditation practice. These are the cornerstones. I have also added a simple cardio and flexibility video. These are short and effective practices. Let me track your workouts and encourage you to make healthy motion a regular part of your day. #vitalitylife #healinginmotion #breathingdeeply #increaseenergy #regenerativepractices

First we warm up. Then we build strength. Then we improve circulation and cardio. Then we stretch. Then we breathe. Then we sing. Then we become still. This sequence brings us deeply into our center where we can heal and feel new. The method is inspired by the seven osteopathic diaphragms. Our exercise sequence brings them all into balance so our breathing becomes a catalyst for new levels of health and vitality. Follow along with the videos or train with me one on one. #vitalitylife #breathingdeeply #regenerativepower #healinginmotion

Food is about fuel quality, fuel partitioning, and fuel timing. Small adjustments can fire up your metabolism and create the conditions to build muscle. Feeling stronger and more balanced allows you to move more freely. This enhances lymphatic flow and circulation while also getting you to perspire.

Now you have fueled and exerted yourself sufficiently. This is the perfect time to become quiet and still. Here you can tap into your greatest resource… the calm and peaceful center. This is where regeneration happens. This is where the fluid dynamics of your body and all of the pressure differentials can harmonize and optimize. Allow the blessing of strength to flow through you.

I’ll say it again, it’s ok to feel broken, defeated, angry, and even desperate. Join the club. This is actually a necessary aspect of healing and redemption. I’m here to help you become more energized, more forgiving, more open to the mercy and grace of God. This yielding to a greater power is the essence of true strength.

Do you want to become physically strong? It sounds counterintuitive but in our weakness is where we are truly made strong. DM to train.

I didn't know I made faces when I drum until I started recording myself. Something I have battled is feeling really stiff and constricted when I play so I'm working on letting go and really allowing myself to feel the rhythm and let it do what it does. I say summon the will at the beginning of this and there is some truth to willpower of course, but equally and maybe even more so, life is about letting go, forgiving, being open and receptive to something far greater than our minds could ever conceive. Something that is available to everyone no matter where they are. Something that we can experience fully when we are the most weak. I love guiding people through long planks and wall sits. But strength through weakness is even more interesting to me. Eternal strength that we can yield and surrender to. #regenerativepower #vitalitylife #breathingdeeply #increaseenergy

Lowering endotoxin in the gut, improving metabolic oxidation, and increasing CO2 in the body sets a healing effect into motion. Now let's build muscle and get your lymphatic system moving. This all creates an environment for longevity, vitality, and adventure. You can start the process when you feel defeated and weak. So don't let that stop you. Bring it forth. Are you ready to throw a log on that fire or not? Message me to learn more about ARRIVE STRENGTH. Glory to the Creator. @dugangundelfinger

The Regenerative Exercise Protocol is a series of seven minute practices that you can do for the rest of your life. They build muscle, increase mobility and lung capacity, while encouraging you to forgive and let go of burdens so you can walk lighter. This mind/body approach hydrates, circulates, and refreshes your energy systems at a cellular level. There is more to share, but overall it is simple. Are you ready to get stronger while also accepting your weakness? This is where your real power lives.

Matthew just completed his 235th strength training session. He continues to demonstrate newfound energy and power. He is my first client to do a three minute plank for 52 weeks in a row. This is consistency and excellence embodied. I can help you increase your strength, mobility, breathing quality, and overall vitality. Send me a message if you would like to grab a weekly spot on my roster, or if you would like to meet online for a strength and movement assessment. I then create a customized video for you to follow along. The intention is to give you the spark you need to get your energy flowing and your strength returning. @gnosticclarkfork Great job Matthew!
